After a frustrating day of visiting multiple FedEx locations that couldn’t assist with my international shipping needs, I walked into this store as a last attempt—tired, stressed, and honestly, not expecting much. But Chris completely turned my day around.
From the moment I walked in, his upbeat personality and great sense of humor instantly lifted my mood. He was warm, polite, and incredibly helpful. What stood out most was how patient he was—never rushing me, and even reminding me to take my time. That simple kindness made all the difference.
He went above and beyond to assist me, and I genuinely left the store in a much better mood than when I walked in. The rest of the staff seemed equally cheerful and helpful with other customers, which speaks volumes about the team environment here.
To the general manager: This is the kind of employee who turns first-time visitors into loyal customers. He represented your store with excellence, empathy, and professionalism. THIS MAN DESERVES A RAISE ✨ His ability to connect with people, solve problems, and uplift others is worth rewarding.

sent my assistant to pick up some business cards I ordered from the print center. The assistant manager, Gene, told her he couldn’t give her them because she isn’t the one who placed the order and didn’t have my ID. No problem, I understand that. So I stop my work day, waste 30 minutes of my day to go get the package. Gene did not check my ID and handed me the package without even hardly verifying my name. I asked him why I didn’t have to show my ID but he wouldn’t give this exact package to my assistant a half hour prior? He was stumped and gave me a BS excuse that it was because it was from the print counter and not a package.
lack of problem solving and inconsistency in someone who is supposed to be a manager. My time was waisted for no reason. I will not be using this location again.

I came in for a simple print job and the lady there started to help me but as people came in she left me and helped at least 10 people that came in after I did and left me standing there for 30 minutes. The printer services are overly complicated and the machine froze up on me with my bank information stuck on it and the lady was still no help. So I stood there for 30 minutes and still didn't get anything printed up.

My husband and I are seasoned individuals, and coming to work with all the new machines sometimes 🙄 yeah causes my mind to stretch further than it should. One of the employees named Chris, saw our struggle and kindly came to our aid. Really we were so greatful, so I can at least come to google to let the world know, Chris you are phenomenal. I highly recommend this location for service. Seniors you will not be disappointed per our experience. Chris 🙌🏾 Blessings. We will return. This place is amazing。The manager, Ms. Elizabeth helped us to take a Chinese passport photo twice . Since the requirement is very strict, she tried her best to do it! She and her colleagues are all very professional and helpful!
