I recently purchased a new Dodge Durango out of the area, but moved shortly thereafter and near the Sanford Dodge Dealership. With only 800 miles on the vehicle I had a near catastrophe warranty issue. It was a late Saturday afternoon so I called service hoping to figure something out. I got a hold of Tyler 30 minutes before his weekend was to start and despite that he went above and beyond to help me, which got me through to an appointment on Tuesday morning. I arrived at 7:30 on Thursday morning and within an hour they had everything figured out and taken care of for me. I will be using Sanford Dodge for all of my future service needs on my Durango even though they are literally twice as far as a closer dealership.

I must sincerely state that once again Yaritza’s customer service skills were at their highest as she came to the rescue to help us avoid an unexpected expense. I always a great experience with seminole Chrysler Jeep Dodge. Have been bring my vehicles for service for years. Curtis is usually my service manager and if he is off get same service from any of the advisers! Polite pleasant and helpful.

Love getting my oil change hear Curtis was great very professional let me know what was going on every step of the way while I didn't have my vehicle made sure that my vehicle was up to par when I had to return it I would definitely recommend Dodge Chrysler Jeep and RAM to anybody and I would definitely recommend Curtis he's an awesome person great salesperson great person to go talk to about your car Curtis always take really good care of me and my car when I bring it to Dodge I see him every time I need work to be done thank you Curtis for your amazing customer service

I recently had my car serviced for the 1st time at Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Seminole County, and the service was exceptional. My advisor Andrea was super courteous, knowledgable, and quick. Not only did I get a great deal on my vehicle purchase, but now I know that the service end of the relationship will be just as good.
