I have to say I've been to many Fifth Third branches in my time, but this location stands out above all others and it's not the location that makes it so unique. There are 2 women at this location who make the experience worth the travel. The level of professionalism and attentiveness they demonstrate go above and beyond an average customer experience! Dulcemaria and Jennifer are truly great at what they do, and they are intentional about building customer relations. They are sharp, experienced, and honest to a fault. I always feel at home since they create a welcoming atmosphere and I always leave feeling more confident in my financial decisions. I couldn't be more grateful for the experiences they helped create. Thank you, Dulce, thank you Jennifer, and Thank you Fifth Third!

I went to Fifth Third Bank (Sanford Location) to open a new account. I had heard some good things from a couple of my co workers after Fifth Third came to my job to explain their services. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by DulceMaria Marrero Lopez who welcomed me with a smile into her office. We talked about what I was looking for and she gave me various options. I left out with what I wanted. She did not disappoint. I felt very at ease and I didn't feel rushed. She made sure I had her number in case I needed to ask questions later.Here it is a couple weeks later and she called me to make sure I had received my cards and made sure they were activated. She reassured me that if there's anything I need, feel free to contact her anytime. I definitely would recommend DulceMaria for your banking needs.

I came down to Florida with 120,000 cashier check from the sale of my home. I was told after depositing it that I would have to wait 5 days to collect 10% of the check. I believe that a cashier's check was Cash, after talking to someone in the banking industry, I learned later that all they had to do was call my bank out of state and the funds will be readily available. Fifth third didn't care if I had any money up front, even though a cashier's check Matt that you had cash readily available

Heard great things about 53rd bank so I decided to head in for a HELCO. Explain my situation that I have two home for some reason Dulcemaria thinks I have four homes but I have two and I pay taxes on the in Sanford and I do not I am 100 percent VET. On top thinks I live Lake Mary for some reason. But also wants over bearing talk over me instead of listening. It's ok I be moving to different bank with more experience personal or someone rather that will listen. I really do not why she said sent email and a voice-mail said it was weird never did get a follow up also state that I could be help with other home but now they cannot offer that. Anyways great amount of customer service is needed here as it states so many times about this bank.

Completely awful experience!!! I’ve been banking with them for 10 years and tried closing my account and was told I have to do that in person which is a problem I live out of state!!! Low and behold my account was overdrawn by .25 and 5 weeks later magically was now at $300! When I tried to pay in person to close it. After I was told I would incur any fees!!! You talk to one Person to the next and their stories are all different on why and how this could have happened. A complete mess!!! Would NEVER ever recommend banking here.

On two separate occasions now at this bank, I have received information that was false and has cost me money. The tellers are great; maybe they need to be promoted to positions where this bank can get rid of uniformed and/or incompetent folks who give out bad information.... Jeanine, are you listening?

Need more customer friendly hours!!! Whenever the time comes that I have to withdraw my rent money I always dread it because I have to rush when I get out of work to make it to the bank. I leave at 4 and 5th/3rd closes at 5, which is fine, but the problem is, they're not even open on Saturdays! If sometimes I have a problem making it to the bank, I can't even imagine how difficult it must be for someone that leaves work later than me.

We are so grateful to George at the Sanford Location.We experienced outstanding customer service( above and beyond working after hours to accommodate us) and George delivered everything he promised. He made me feel like a person and not a number. We will be moving our business accounts over as the customer service here far exceeds Wells Fargo and Bank of America!

This is a great location. The staff is always willing to go the extra mile and do what they can. Compared to Bank of America, they are very caring and have better products.

Terrible service. I am closing my bank account. 5/3 has the worst customer service of any bank I've had. Completely unreliable will not be banking with this bank ever again.

What a Great Bank! They call you to make sure everything is fine with your account. They can set up weekly, monthly text balances. Everyone is so FRIENDLY with no pressure and sign -up Incentives are Excellent. Glad I'm a customer!!

Employees are nice don't get me wrong but very I'll informed and I just haven't been thrilled with the bank as a whole. Called and asked if a notary was in and was directed to lake Mary branch and there wasn't one they're either. Frustrated I wasted so much time. Again, people are nice just not a fan of the services.
