I purchased new nike men online and i just got the sneakers to find out they were used they had a weird smell to them of B.OAnd they had some dirt underneath themAnd missing all tags that normally come with the shoes i will not be buying from them again and i will be returning them asapUpdate: i went to the store and the salesperson told me they would take the used sneakers back and because they were on sale online from 160 to 110 i would need to pay the difference for the same shoes at the store just a different color.i would have to pay 160 instead of 110He also said they would spray the used ones and resell them to the next person i think this is normal practice for this company. If you are paying for new shoes i think this is not the place for you, they also mentioned that the new shoes have no labels tags or any additional stickers on the shoes themselves now i know why, its because they are usedAlso i called customer service as well and they kept me an hour waiting in the end i ended nowhere i got tired and hung upThe worst company ever and selling drift store items for retail price this should be illegal because we expect new for retail prices will not do business anymore with this company, i see why this company has a 3.6 star ratingBeware

This place has the worst customer service I have ever seen or experienced. This is just for Seminole Town cause I don't know about other locations. Will never go there again. They would rather talk sports than just say hey when u walk in. Champs across from them are way better service and prices!!

Had a great experience with the guys at your Sanford, FL store. Jeff & his crew are awesome. They always go the extra mile to help you out and to make sure you walk out of the store satisfied. Because of them Finish Line is my #1 option for sneaker & clothing purchases.

I will be calling corporate first thing Monday morning on this store, my husband and I went Black Friday shopping and decided to visit this store and it was the worst experience we have ever encountered. This young man kept telling my husband he either they didn't have a shoe or they did not have his size. Frustrating as it was I left to go shopping somewhere else and come back to my husband waiting for over 40 minutes for another shoe that the young man went to go grab. When I walked in my husband was talking to two girls that worked there who were trying to figure out what was going on. Seeing the look on his face I told him we needed to go until another employee came and tried to help us. I believe his name is Rob, we thought he was a manger because of the way he handled the situation, he came up to us and asked what was wrong and if we needed any help. My husband really wanted the shoe that the other young man said they didn't have and Rob said he would go back to see if they had it. Long story short he comes out with the shoe that the young man said he didn't have. Rob and the other two girls working were so concerned about why someone would tell us that they didn't have the shoe anymore, Rob then began to describe the people in the store. Come to find out Rob was not the manager the other guy who told us he didn't have any shoes was the manager. I found this to be very unprofessional and I will not be coming back to this location. I will be making a call to corporate to let them know how rude and unprofessional their management is.

I wasn't going to write a review but this place needs better employees! I come in this store all the time with my daughter to shop, we usually deal with Jermaine (The best). Every time I come in the store it's almost a coincidence that I see the same guy on his phone. There was one incident where me and my husband walked in and the same guy (bearded guy with glasses) was by the entrance on his phone. As we walked in a guy greeted us but the guy on his phone looked at us and walked away! As if he didn't want to be there or he didn't want to help anybody! (RUDE). I hope corporate sees this and do something with that guy because this is unacceptable. I don't like the customer service here recently and I have been shopping at finish line for over 15 years shame to say I will be taking my shopping elsewhere.

Obviously this store has changed the way they pay employees. They used to be eager to help and now it is apparent they hope you don't ask them for help. Went in yesterday to get a pair of shoes and it was obvious my daughter and I had questions because we were trying to compare several different shoes and we turned around and saw two of the employees standing there just looking at us. They literally looked away.....maybe because the young lady who worked there was too busy trying on shoes for herself. They never asked us if we needed help. Walked out and will never go back. Pathetic customer service. These people should not be employed.
