I went to have my tires filled because they were low. However, I was turned away due to the rain, and two vans were blocking the area. The staff was unfriendly and did not provide any customer service. Although this is a free service, their behavior has definitely deterred me from ever spending money at this company. I would prefer to pay for tire filling elsewhere and receive decent treatment rather than being dismissed because they didn't want to be bothered with helping me.

5 stars for their transparency and great service.
Got my flat tire fixed from them which another tire shop refused to fix.
Saved $$ on getting almost new tire fixed from them.

Great location. Robert is an amazing and honest mechanic. This is our go-to Firestone branch. You can trust these guys with your vehicle. They are consistent with doing thorough and quality work. You can tell the employees here pride themselves in their work and uphold themselves to personal integrity without unnecessary up-selling.

I was able to book a good time and when I arrived did not have to wait too long to have my admitted for the oil change. The job was done quickly and efficiently. Not Expensive.

Professional and great customer service, friendly! Called to explained my service I needed and was honest with me. the service I requested was not needed and all was explained to me. and removed the invoice at no charge! Firestone, did not just take my money for a service that was not performed!! Great job!

Staff was extremely helpful and courteous. Prices were reasonable and the total wait times were amazing. I was impressed! As someone who has always used a dealership for service, I was outside of my comfort zone. Firestone will be my go to place from now on! Thank you!
