This store is absolutely filthy. The walkways are cluttered with merchandise, making it hard to move around, and I witnessed a roach crawling on an employee—which says everything about the hygiene standards here. The staff looked unkempt, and to make matters worse, the air conditioning was off, leaving the entire place hot, musty, and reeking of neglect. It felt more like a storage unit than a retail space. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Five Below is honestly one of my favorite stores… I always look forward to going in and finding fun, affordable items, especially for crafts and home projects. I recently visited a new location, excited to check it out, but I was a little disappointed to find that they didn’t have much of anything I was looking for. I was specifically hoping to find paint supplies like plain white canvas boards or even some basic plastic cups, but the selection was really limited.
I still love Five Below and will definitely keep shopping at other locations, but I hope this store expands its inventory soon. It’s always been a go-to spot for creativity and essentials under one roof!

I love 5 Below. However, the one I just went into was filthy and there were products all over the floor. Safety issuebwaiting to happen. Lastly.....ac was either not working or on the fritz. Even the cashier was fanning themselves. This is Florida and right now, it is 100° today. No exaggeration. I will not be going back into this store. Too bad.
