“I had an issue with the online orders. It was cancelled twice. I processed and call the store and request speak to a manager. I was able to talk to the Manager Patty. So I am writing to express my sincere gratitude and admiration for the outstanding service I received at Sam’s Club, thanks to Patty and Sheyla. Their dedication and willingness to go above and beyond truly made my experience exceptional. Patty's leadership as a manager is evident in her team's performance and positive attitude. Patty and Sheyla's attentiveness and proactive approach in handling my orders were remarkable. Both Patty and Sheyla demonstrated a level of commitment that exceeded my expectations. I am incredibly grateful for their hard work and exceptional customer service. Patty and Sheyla are valuable assets to Sam’s Club, and I highly recommend them for their outstanding contributions.”

“Katie was recommended to me on Facebook in a bridal group, and she was my first meeting with a florist. I seriously wish I didn't waste time on those other meetings, because from the jump, I knew she'd execute my vision perfectly. And she did! She was forthcoming about expenses, floral design, etc. which was sincerely appreciated. She was absolutely made for this career, and I recommend every bride give her a call ASAP!”
