I made a $2,000 purcase at BB and had it installed. It sidn't work after the Geek Squad left, so I tried to call BB. BIG MISTAKE. Their phone system SUCKS! I tried to reach somebody for one hour and got nothing but music. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!

Repaired my iPad Pro in just a few hours. The tech was really nice and professional. Glad I had the geek squad coverage.

Got a Christmas gift of 2 security cameras. Took them back to exchange for a ring dootbell and a solar camera. Had the original sales slip.You would think that it would be a simple exchange. Unfortunately, it does take some intelligence of the clerk to accomplish the transaction. The installation fee for the 2 cameras was paid at the time of purchase. Since they were returned there was no installation. Since it isn't a physical item, the clerk didn't apply a credit. The solar camera was not in stock but would be delivered the next day. That didn't happen. Made several appointments for installation, but at the last minute the camera still hadn't come in and appointment was cancelled. Three weeks later, went to the store and talked to a manager. Cancelled the camera and the ring door bell, got a credit for the installation fee that was charged for the first 2 cameras. Not going back to Best Buy. Customer service is horrible and employees are not competent.

It took 40 min trying to schedule the appointment. The person assisting me was so disconnected and poorly trained. At the end I gave up, no way am I going for the geek squad and run in to problems later.

I haven't been to Best Buy in a while. I pre ordered a Nintendo switch fit ring. It was $20 cheaper at Best Buy than anywhere else. The item was ready when I arrived for pickup. I decided to go inside. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. The staff member who helped with check out was even able to share a bit about her experience with the ring fit. It was encouraging to hear how about it and made me look forward to it even more. Overall great service and a great price.

Called store for appt, they verified my phone , made me appt, then ran me all the way over there, after waiting in line 10 min after appt, a very rude heavy set man with glasses told me they don’t have battery in stock ?? Then tried to accuse me not talking to them on the phone when clearly I did!! NEVER AGAIN , everyone in line was complaining about him

I have bought all my electronics from this Best Buy in Sanford for many years and have been happy with their service. Until recently. I returned a printer that I had purchased a 4 yr Geek Squad warranty on. It had one more year left on the warranty. The service tech was very nice and helpful and gave me a new printer(exact same model) and renewed my 4 yr warranty for $20. He said since the printer was on sale, so was the warranty, so instead of $40 for 4 yrs, it was $20, which I happily paid. When I got home and filed the receipt, I noticed I was billed $43 for the warranty. I went back in person, talked to the manager, and he said he couldn't give me the discounted warranty because the computer would not accept it because it was in exchange for my old printer. He said I could get a refund for my old one, then "buy" the new one on sale and get the deal on the warranty. This was so stupid! Just semantics! He could have easily saved me the trouble and gave me the discounted warranty on the exact same printer, but no. Sam's or Walmart would never have questioned this nonsense! I won't buy my electronics at Best Buy ever again!

We purchased a charger in California and I asked the cashier verbally what was the return policy and I was advised 30 days I attempted to return the charger for my Verizon device since it was the incorrect and was denied. Because it wasn't a Verizon product directly the refund was denied. It was 19 days after purchase

TERRIBLE .. Cake here and bought an Alienware laptop out of the box in "excellent condition". Except the laptop didn't work. I drove 2 hours here for this laptop . Very unfortunate. Had to drive to another Bestbuy to try to resolve the issue . They tried to have me give the laptop in for 2-4 weeks while they diagnose it. Which is unacceptable. I didn't just spend 2k to have to give it up already . Then they told me they didn't have anymore out of box laptops so I'd have to cover the difference of the laptop. Which whatever. But best buy needs to do better and stop hiring Geek Squad employees that aren't doing good run downs on these computers . I shouldnt have had to even pay the difference after having to drive 2 hours and I was told on the phone that if they couldn't fix it they'd HAVE to replace it. Which didn't happen . Terrible electronic experience for sure

I had my laptop give me issues yesterday, and the Geek Squad helped me out. Jasmine helped me along with the process, and was professional and nice to me. Highly recommend the Geek Squad for any help with one's computer.

We had an issue with my grandpa's new Lively phone that had everyone stumped. Brought it to Dylan at the Geek Squad and he was so helpful! He had it fixed with ease and even helped put on a new screen protector for him. Can't recommend Dylan any more.

Spent $400 to buy something as of surprise for a relative. I opened a credit card to get a discount.. I think the problem is this relative had me on their card, my name and phone number. I barely made it home and this relative called and said did you buy XX for $400 to be shipped to you tomorrow? I hope I deflected the question and this will still be a surprise.. But why would Best Buy send my private information to someone else? This card was opened solely in my own name today. If this person is notified of delivery, the item is being returned .

This review is for customer service the items were purchased on-line I purchased a tv and sound bar to be delivered and installed The installer advised no sound bar was on the install order but it was not an unusual occurrence he had run into the situation before but would make adjustments to the order. I was missing a piece to connect the sound bar to my fire stick the installer advised get the piece and call for appointment. Calling geek squad customer service is like calling a brick wall. I was told the work order did not include sound bar so for an additional 99.00 I could get the sound bar installed. I asked for a manager and in a voice mail was told" no free installation " My opinion if you need install service run from using this company. They have pathetic customer service
