Warning not recommended! This has not been the first mobile detailing service I have used and I have NEVER had such poor results. This company was hired to "wash and wax" a 8' x 20' and 12' tall trailer.I have been detailing my cars and trucks for over 30 years and keep them immaculate. I have extensive knowledge and experience with products and paint conditions.I have been real busy and did not have the time to do it myself so I will hire it out occasionally. They showed up on time and said it would be about 2 hours. I told the owner that when I do it myself it takes me at least 4+ hours to complete. They were unprepared and did not have a ladder and said they would stand on top of their truck to reach it so I offered them to use MY 16' telescoping ladder. They power washed the trailer which only removed surface dirt not the film which is always left behind.I left and told them I would be back. Owner texted me about 2 hours later and said that the top part was heavy oxidized and that he couldn't get it out and didn't want to damage the paint.I came back to look at it and he said that he can't remove the oxidization.I got up on my ladder and looked closely and noticed there was no attempt to even try. I went to my truck and got out my Meguiar's Wax and microfiber towel went up to see if what he was saying was true?As I suspected it wasn't!With a small amount of MY wax using my hand and not his machine it came out perfect. Pictures attached. After some debate he used MY wax and began to do the top as his helper stood by and did nothing pretty much the whole time they were there. As I walked around the trailer I noticed smears and soap/wax residue all over the body which could be removed with my finger (poor work quality). Also found the chrome/metal and diamond plate had over spray from soap or wax which then baked in from the sun (picture attached).I brought that up to the owner and he denied it. After more debate he tried to clean it using his product which had no results. He didn't have any metal polish (unprepared) so I let him use MINE. I have spent hours detailing the metal accents to have a mirror finish and now it was ruined. After 4 hours now I was done wasting my time and told them to stop and that I'm done.I will now have to redo the whole trailer myself.

Took my 31 year old MR2 to the Empire to see what could be done to preserve the oem paint. They explained in detail what they suggested and did a small sample area to see the actual results as I had great concern being the paint was 31 years old.The end result far exceeded my expectations .MR2 looks amazing .A job well done by the Empire .I highly recommend them
