Latona was great. Really liked her. Only reason not a 5 star was the price. Extremely high for an easy tax preparation for a 90 year old man. Luckily we were able to get some off because of being a first time customer, but would not use this service again because of price.

Abagael was who worked with me. She is very knowledgable. She had some technical issues with the computer and the printer. The computer was painfully slow, and the printer kept trying to eat paper. She apologized over and over. I told her not to worry, I understood. It gave up more time to spend there. I not only admire her for her knowledge and professionalism. But her personality is so wonderful. It really was like spending time with an old friend. She truely is an asset to Jackson Hewitt.Trimella Vincent

Fast, easy, convenient service. Little to no wait time first thing in the morning. Ms. Ray was very professional and answered all of my questions with ease. I wish the prices were lower for filing, but overall great service.
