After reading all the comment... There was no one at the front desk to speak with, I even stood there for a couple minutes. I seen only one staff member who was very nice and pleasant. I was called back rather fast for a walk-in. The lobby was pretty empty. As for the dirtiness I only noticed once I went to the bathroom, it smelled really bad and had a whole lot of nasty stains on the wall.

I came in and signed into kiosk i waited over 2 hours . I observed a guy waiting since 9am to be seen holding his pee.
Staff was awfully rude. He told the front clerk several times how bad he needed to use the bathroom.
People that came in later than me were called 1st.
This location is disorganized. Easily crowded and stuffy.
And needless to say that even when you knocked on the window noone comes to give you attention.
Absolutley disgraceful!!!

This is one of the worst places that you could go as a patient. I am a tenured ER nurse. They are rude. They are militaristic. They do not like white people, and it is not clean when I thanked the short haired older, black woman lab tech for drawing my blood and being so nice. I got a nasty comment and a laugh in front of my four year-old daughter. Probably nothing will be done about this so the only way we can change this is to not give them service.

DO NOT come here—serious health risks. The lab tech today put the needle down uncapped on the surface of the black basket where she puts everyone’s blood samples and then stuck it in my arm!!! I also noticed someone left a review about the dirty door I’ve been looking at for over a year. The owner replied but didn’t clean the door. This place and the people who work here are disgusting. The owner isn’t too concerned with who they hire or the cleanliness of the facility. Maybe they will start caring once they get slapped with a lawsuit for making people sick with contaminated needles. Talk about a horrible thing to do to someone’s health.

Was sent here to get my daughters blood taken. I was directed to go to a different location or the ER. Employe said “I do not want to deal with that today” very unpleasant and unprofessional place. It’s literally your job.

When are they going to clean the front door? It’s disgusting and dirty! One of the bathrooms has splashes everywhere of what seems to be urine on the walls, disgusting. This place should be very clean and sanitary. Do something about this please!

Please remember buisness owners have a right to operate there facility at there discretion. Please allow the website to reflect those procedures also respectfully. 11:45- 1:00 everyday they are closed for lunch. These professionals work very hard and deserve to enjoy a long lunch daily at there decision. POST IT ON WEBSITE TO NOT CONFLICT WITH SCHEDULE PLEASE

Just left there. The lady at front desk is the absolute worst customer service person ever. She was awful, rude, nasty etc. Makes you feel stupid for asking questions. Horrible experience

DO NOT COME HERE!!! The front desk lady is disgustingly rude and lazy. I came in as a walk in, she made it seem like she signed in at the front then told me to take a seat over 1.5 hours pass and I had not been called. I go up to the counter again because THERE IS A SIGN SAYING IF YOU HAVE WAITED MORE THAN 30 MINS COME SEE THE FRONT DESK. I went to the front desk and the lady yelled at me to check in at kiosk, I told her I was a walk in and she then said well I told you to check in at kiosk..... if she would've told me that I wouldn't have waited 1.5 hours. I'm there because I might be going through a failed pregnancy and this type of behavior and lack of empathy along with lack of accountability is just completely unacceptable. Do not work in health care if you are going to be nasty and rude.

When I walked in There was no one at the counter. Another older gentleman was waiting for someone in person as he didn’t understand the whole self check in method. Two more people came in and then a nurse went out of the office an out the front door an returned a few minutes later and went back behind closed doors. I was called to the counter when a staff member was present. I said orders two text online and I need one that was not available to purchase online. Asked if she needed my order # she said no. She then quotes me a very high price for the text I could not order on line. It took minutes for her to comprehend what I was saying. I was then called back by the one nurse on staff as she was telling the other people in the waiting room to not unlock the door so no one else would come in because they need to take a lunch soon. She took my samples in less than 4 minuted. I sure hope they are accurate. Healthcare should do better than this ! Not acceptable.
