THE POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE TRUE!! ES CIERTO Los Reviews!!! GREAT EXPERIENCE. My husband and I made an appointment, they called/text to confirm appointment. We met w/ ALEX who was friendly, very knowledgeable, and very detailed. We did our personal and business taxes. Will definitely be back next year.

My recent visit to this Liberty Tax office was far from satisfactory. The owner's cold and unapproachable demeanor, coupled with a noticeable lack of expertise, made the entire experience frustrating. I left with concerns about the accuracy of my tax filing and a sense of disappointment. Given the subpar service, I cannot recommend this location to others.
