Service was exelent, aymosphere great but when the lunch arrived the burger was cold. Restaurant was not bussy but the server barely come to our table. We wait long for the food amd still it was cold. Longhorn Steakhouse still my favorite place to go! Thank you

Ate in at your Longhorn on St. John’s Pkwy.Danielle was our server. Great experience,very pleasant, attentive and service attitude.We also want to give a shout out to Julie,from the Longhorn on lake Emma that wasclosed. Glad to see her back. The food came out very quick and was delicious. I had wings as an appetizer and outlaw steak for my entree. Unique is an exceptional server. Very friendly and professional. Overall great experience

Decent food. Wife's wine had several fruit flies in it. Server was very kind and extremely helpful. My cowboy pork chop were a solid good. Would consider going back.

I decided to go to longhorn steakhouse for my birthday this year and normally,. I have had great experiences there. But for this particular experience I was left unsatisfied. We called ahead before we got there to find out if they had a wait for a table and could we make a reservation because it was Easter holiday. The young lady assured us that there was not a wait period and no reservations were required. So myself. , my fiancee and 3 of our 5 members decided that we were going to come there to eat. Upon arrival, we noticed that there was a short wait time, but we weren't upset with that. When we were seated, they gave us this little small round table right by the restrooms .where pretty much everyone would have been seated elbowing each other.. We requested to have a better table so that we would all have room. The waitresssaid she would talk to the hostess to see if we could move to a table in the back and just add another chair. The hostess decided that we did not deserve a table. ,because after waiting 15 minutes and looking at a table that was clearly a better fit for us, the hostess told us that there wasn't a table available becausethe one in the back had already been reserved even though the young lady said that reservations were not required over the phone which was why when we decided to come there. The table was by the bathroom. And by the bathroom, I mean, you could smell when people came out of the bathroom, which was very concerning since we were there to dine but even more concerning part was that after we were seated and we were told that we couldn't move to a different table. The table that they said was reserved, that was large enough for our party of 7 was seated with only 2 members. I was very upset with that. Why tell someone that you are not requiring reservations? And then when they request a different table. You said that that 1 had already been reserved. I don't know what was going on on this particular day. But needless to say I did not enjoy my birthday at this particular restaurant. And I tried to make the best of it because the parmesan crusted chicken is my favorite dish. But when requesting to be seated somewhere differently, it did not seem like they were really concerned about the fact that it was a holiday and it was my birthday so I. Felt like they should have given my party a little bit of special attention. Since we arrived before everyone else.

Ordered the porterhouse, medium rare it came out well done The waitress took it back got me another one medium rare it came out ice cold in the center very disappointed. Had the audacity to charge me for my beer. Spending $35 on a steak that they cannot cook right why do you put it on the menu?
