Don’t shop or work here, I’ve heard management yelling at associates over the phone numerous times, the employees look miserable, the dark blue vest associates (was told that’s the Merchandise Team) are the most helpful, and from my time shopping at this Lowe’s I can confidently say take the extra time and drive to Home Depot in Lake Mary if you can. It took me 45 minutes to get help in appliances and associates kept walking past me until a merchandise team member phoned for the appliance associate to help me. Unprofessional & dirty store

🚨 Warning to all shoppers considering Lowe's for major appliance purchases! 🚨
I recently had a frustrating experience with Lowe’s, and I want to warn others before they make the same mistake. If you're planning to buy a major appliance (like a refrigerator, washer, dryer, stove, or even a paint sprayer), beware of Lowe’s 48-hour return policy! That’s right — you have only 48 hours to initiate a return after delivery or pickup, or you’re stuck with it.
I purchased a paint sprayer, and two days later, the motor malfunctioned. When I tried to return it, I was told I couldn’t because of the 48-hour policy. The item was defective from day one! To make things worse, when I tried to return it, multiple employees were involved in questioning my claim and even tried to plug in the item as if I was lying. One manager even had the nerve to imply that people return items after finishing their projects. How unprofessional!
This policy has been in place for over 2 years, and it’s completely unfair — especially when appliances can malfunction so soon after purchase. Lowe's is basically telling customers that if anything goes wrong, you're out of luck after 48 hours.
I will never shop at Lowe’s again, and I encourage others to avoid buying major appliances from them unless you’re okay with being stuck with defective products. Check return policies before you buy anything, because Lowe's does not care about customer satisfaction after 48 hours.
Be warned — look elsewhere for better policies and service!

Warning about Lowe’s Owner's Response and Return Policy!
The owner replied with a generic, automated message: We're sorry to hear about the issue with your purchase and appreciate you sharing your concerns on our return policy. We have shared your feedback with our management team. Please reach out to us at 1-800-445-6937 (8:30am - 7pm ET, 7 days a week) so we can follow up with you. We hope you give us another chance in the future.
However, when I called customer service as he requested, no one had any idea about the store’s specific return policy or the owner’s follow-up comments that he was referring to. This is the way he operates.
It’s clear that the owner and customer service are disconnected from what happens in the store. The 48-hour return policy is unreasonable, and their response didn’t address the real issue.
I will not be shopping at Lowe’s again, and I suggest you think twice before buying major appliances from them.

Great store, lots of scratch and dent items and clearance stuff from my experience. This has been a go-to location for a few months, getting projects done

Absolutely horrible store for customer service Management doesn't give a shit how long you have to wait to do a self check out never going back

Lowe's card member. Had a remodel on our kitchen done about a year ago in our condo. Initially frustrating because the most expensive soft close cabinet we bought couldn't open all the way because one of their workers sent to do measurements did our measurements wrong (our oven juts out by an inch or two). According to the store this person no longer works with them. Luckily an installer with one of their 3rd parties was able to adjust the cabinet so it could function correctly. The job took a very long time and we were without our counters and sink for over a month. I expected a week at most. We're overall happy with the finished project, not so much the process. Skip to now, we were trying to have our two bathrooms done and it's turned into yet another process. After having another company demolish and install our new shower/tub and tile. We bought two vanities from lowe's and scheduled them for delivery and install. I don't know what third party you guys work with but 2 guys that barely spoke english showed up 6 days ago leaving our 4 boxes down in the foyer of our condo (We're on the third floor). They told me it was a 4 man job and they'd have to come back with a bigger crew. I wasn't given a number, nor did they ever contact us. In fact we called several times getting no answer and showed up to your store and still didn't get a scheduling after one of your workers got in contact with this third party. What I don't understand is we've worked with your store before why wasn't it already noted that we're on a third floor? Guess Lowe's doesn't care because that's sure how we feel. Nearly 40,000 dollars in business from us and this is the treatment you get. We have since gotten a refund on the labor and delivery cost, we'll just hire someone else. Will not be bothering with your company ever again and advise others to proceed with caution, because what was made most obvious is that even spending a lot of money doesn't put you in good graces with Lowe's. Your company has messed up twice on big jobs and have offered no consolidation for it, so you've made your impression. Slow, unprofessional, hires amateurs, lack of communication, doesn't respect the customers time.

Less than one, if possible. Won't return my washer even after Manny issues within 6 months. Now there's no one here to take my return.

Be very aware of their SCAM extended warranty that they sell you.
Paid over $300 on extending warranties for our top of the line dishwasher. First time it gives us a a problem Lowe’s Denys the warranty and claims the washer is INFESTED WITH ROACHES .😱 It most certainly is not and they are lying through their teeth without proof. Even the repair person who did the repair estimate called and told them there are no roaches and they just keep saying the case is closed. We went to the store to discuss with managers TWICE and they were no help. So we have been without a dishwasher for OVER A MONTH spent, countless HOURS ON PHONE CALLS with operators. And sadly will most likely be buying another dishwasher because fighting just means longer with no dishwasher for us. Never from Lowe’s again though. That’s a disgusting scam to be associated with.
-Very disappointed once loyal customer.

This Lowe's store has been a disappointing experience. The main reason I shop here is that Home Depot is farther from my home. The prices are consistently higher than Home Depot, which is frustrating. On top of that, getting assistance is often a challenge—many times, there’s no one available to help, or the wait for assistance is far too long
