Martin's Collision Center did an exceptional job matching the paint on my bumper. They went above and beyond to help me. Rich and his team not only got back to me to correct a small issue very quickly. He was able to drop my vehicle off to me on my break. Which I consider first class service. I took my car here in February 2022 after an accident I had. The repairs to my car were great until I started having issues with my driver’s side headlight and the part of the fender surrounding it. My headlight was wobbly and the fender kept popping out. It took several times of bringing it in to get it fixed. The headlight has been replaced, even though the light itself was not aligned with the other one, and the fender is popping out again. It’s pretty inconvenient and frustrating that I’m still dealing with issues a year and a half later.

First collision center I’ve had 0 issues with. Great communication with me and they partner with enterprise so everything was seamless with insurance. Only VW certified body shop in central Florida.

Martin's did a great job on a collision repair for me. Friendly and knowledgeable. I wanted a shop that was certified by our manufacturer.We got an estimate at another shop prior to going to Martin's. It was obvious they were trying to rip us off with all kinds of add ons and double billing. Their total was close to $4,000. When we told them we wanted to take our car elsewhere for another estimate, they tried to charge us $900 for doing the estimate.Thank the Lord for Florida State Statute 59.907, which says they can't charge for an estimate unless it states the charges on the estimate form prior to them looking at the car.Evan at Martin's took about 10 minutes to look the car over, and his estimate (which was free) was within $10 of the insurances estimate and final bill. The total cost was a little under $1,500. Being honest, they saved us $2,500. No add ons and no baloney. I highly recommend them.

This is the most unprofessional auto repair shop I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They had my car for almost 3 months. They (Young) did not keep me informed. If I didn't call them, I am convinced I would have never heard from them. I had to HOUND them for information. At first they were relatively polite, but after a couple of MONTHS, they seemed to be annoyed with my requests for updates. After I explained to Young that I had spent $4,000 for a rental because it was taking so long, he replied "That's not my problem." Incompetent, inept and uncaring. And as of yesterday I was informed that my AC was broken when I left my car with them. And it was most certainly NOT. Cesspool of a business. Young is a bottom feeding homunculus. I had an aftermarket Pioneer radio in my car, this place stole it out of my car then denied there was ever a radio in it. Actually run by thieves.

They did a good job overall with the paint and repairs. But my tire keeps losing air. And it didn't do that before I went in to get repaired. It did not have any dashboard lights on when I brought my car into the repair shop, but it had a low air Tire light on when I have my car returned to me. And so I I called them about it and they told me it would be nothing to worry about. But my tire keeps losing air pressure like crazy. I do not appreciate that my tire, that was completely fine before I took it in, now has a leak in it. Again I would like to reiterate that my tires were not the issue when I brought my car in to be repaired. But now it has been an issue after I had my car return to me. I am not happy with this at all. I feel like, in a way, I have been scammed so I have to go back and get my tire fixed. I do not appreciate this at all. When I had initially brought this up to the mechanic that had worked up on my car he gave me a bad excuse saying it was just from the weather that it lost pressure in the tire. I should have known better. Because it is just the one tire, and it keeps on losing air constantly. This is a brand new car, with brand new tires I bought less then 6 months ago. So I know it's not because of age. I am not happy.Service: General repairs & maintenance

From total restoration to minor fender benders, these guys at Martin’s can fix it. I took my 1994 S-10 blazer in for a new paint job and had a body kit put on it, took 7 weeks to complete the inside out paint. It’s been 8 year now and the truck still looks great. I would recommend Martin’s for your body work and automotive paint job. There not cheap by any means but with these guys you get what you pay for.
