I typically have good luck with this location but today had an awful scheduling / front desk experience that soured my other experiences and led me to leave this review. I canceled my membership after over 15 years as I just wasn’t using it as much as I’d like. I have many credits to use up and went ahead and scheduled an appointment for my husband. When scheduling, I was never informed I would need to have my home location transfer me a credit for him. The front desk at this location was completely inflexible despite seeing the 14 credits sitting in my account. we had to pay $120 for a massage I already paid for and I still can’t get in touch with my home location despite calling over 10 times to get them to transfer a credit over so we can get our money back. The customer service was truly terrible and I was extremely unhappy with their inability to be flexible considering their lack of communication was the reason the credit was never transferred in the first place. This felt really shady and like they were stealing my money and punishing me for something that was absolutely their fault. If I do sign up for a membership again, it won’t be with massage envy due to this experience.

Message Envy Since Being Under New Management: A Bitter Departure from Past AccommodationsIn the shifting landscape of customer service, my longstanding relationship with Message Envy has taken a frustrating turn since the change in ownership. Once a bastion of understanding and accommodation under the old proprietor, the new regime seems to have abandoned the customer-centric approach that initially drew me in.Facing a health challenge like cancer, I found myself with accumulated, prepaid packages that I could no longer utilize. In the past, under the old ownership, such circumstances would likely have been met with flexibility, understanding, and the possibility to gift these services to friends or family. This was not the case under the new management.Not only did Message Envy 's policy deny me the opportunity to share these unused services, but it also overlooked the potential for new customers. Some of the individuals I intended to gift these packages to were likely to join themselves, contributing to the growth and vitality of Message Envy.It's disheartening to witness a shift from a customer-friendly environment to a rigid, unyielding stance. Loyalty should be a bridge, not a barrier, and under the new ownership, Message Envy has seemingly burnt that bridge. The potential for both customer satisfaction and new acquisitions appears to have been sacrificed in favor of inflexible policies.In this evolving chapter of Message Envy 's journey, the narrative has taken on an unfortunate twist. The company's refusal to adapt to the human aspect of customer relationships and the potential for organic growth leaves a bitter taste for someone who once considered them a reliable partner.

Very disappointed in many of the Massage Envy locations around Central Florida. The rooms are kind of run down and it's distracting when you're trying to relax and notice stains on the walls and carpet.

The payment, my wife and I received a gift card to go here to Envy for $150 as a wedding gift. After they set everything up and signed us in. They never told us the price for a massage and after the massage they gave my wife the bill for $240. Wait I thought we had a coupon for a couples massage worth 150. Well the manager comes out and removed a discount from our receipt. The whole time we were there we were the only black people and I feel we had gotten taken advantage of because the manager came all the way from her office to see what we were paying the two girl at the service desk can handle payments why did she come over to butt in

This place is nothing but hassle. Save yourself the time and money and go to a qualified therapist. This place has a high turn over you'll never get the same person. You pay for what you get underqualified therapist. Don't bother buying those gift cards because the front desk can't get their computers to correlate and it's just a big hassle when checking out. This place was a big disappointment. Never again massage envy.

It was my first time visiting this location last week and I had a 90 minute massage with Donna. She was wonderful! Found all the knots, even the ones I didn’t realize I had, and made it super relaxing for me. I’ll be back!

This was my first time getting a massage and I was not disappointed. Holly did a awesome job. The place was really clean; the atmosphere was nice and calm. They even have decent prices. I'm sure I'll be returning?

Terrible service at this location. They are very unprofessional. Poor communication as well. Do not go to this location or do business with them. There are other Massage locations that have better service and experiences that have better availability.

Been coming here for 5 years. Finally leaving a review. I have had the same therapist for most of the 5 years. I can't speak to the others but mine is awesome.

Worst place i've ever been to for a massage. Workers are racist , rude , impatient and deliberately horrible at their job. Management needs some real work , they also show very little actual good experience with customers. Saige , Karissa and Krista should all go look in the mirror and think about what kind of women they want to be. Horrible place do not recommend , i'll make sure no one i know steps foot in this place

This place has gone downhill so much. The front desk has no idea what they are doing and half the time don't even answer the phone. They added "tippy" and charge you to leave your massage therapist a tip. Last time they lost my records and I had 3 massages saved and tried to charge me full price and could not find my account. They then said someone created a "second" account for me. They canceled my appointment the time before last and never bothered to text me and I drove all the way from Deland for nothing. It's not as clean as it used to be either. I'm so done with them.
