The service department at Mercedes Benz of North Orlando were top notch. Their focus on the customer to make sure they communicated, and improved things while the car was in the shop. Dave was very informative as he went through the report and what his recommendations were and how they would benefit us in the long run.

I recently moved from the upper Mid West and past experience with servicing my Mercedes Sprinter never went well. So you can imagine when my engine light came on the fear I had.I was surprised (in a good way) from the service advisor that actually listened to my issues and repeated with a positive response, and was told up front. What really surprised me was the text message with a video from the service technician showing me exactly what the issue was (never got that kind of service before. Love my sprinter

THIS IS A LUXURY CAR I THOUGHT !!!!!The most embarrassing thing in my opinion is to get someones name wrong, in the luxury service industry the standards are not set high anymore don't expect to get quality service if they can't get your name right. That is not the only thing wrong about this dealer, if you live over an hr away and make an appt over a month ago do expect to be the 1st in line for work, took a rental car hm and am forced to pay tolls which they won't cover (cheap), This is a LUXURY DEALER again , gave me a half a tank of gas, was told I was going to have the car for 2 days The assistant service manager Joshua from Kentucky, only there since May, said they were behind in work , we were only coming in for a recall that could have been done over the air....I filled the tank up w/ premium gas $42.00 and then they no later called me to tell me the car was ready! Annoying since they won't reimburse me, since I did not pay for a service , I not only had to spend 4 hrs in the car in one day for this BS. I am thoroughly annoyed!!!

I had a wonderful first time experience at the dealership. I purchased my car the weekend before from a non Mercedes dealership and wanted to take it in the create my Mercedes App account and have it looked at. The dealership is clean, WiFi is great I was able to work while I waited, and everyone was friendly.My advisor Joshua is amazing! I will be back for all my service needs. This was after walking out of another Mercedes dealership almost in tears the day before from poor service. Thank you for taking great care of me!

This past week will be the 3rd time I have done business with this dealership, they are exceptional. A+ , Honest, straight forward sales, carfax on pre-owned (my daughter's car), service, customer service and they keep their promises. They are very busy because they are that good. Great customer service actually all services walking in the door. They are actually straightforward. Strange conception these days with car dealers but true. I'm a harsh critic b/c it's an area of my career. But I trust them. My salesperson was France Charles is OUTSTANDING. France made this seamless for my daughters car. He knew when to go to people like Ryan who handled my other dealings when to get answers or solutions. They all partner together Ryan was one I worked with previously, but I must say the level of integrity and honesty.. no match. I've dealt with Jaguar, Range Rover and BMW. Top of the line is this place. Please keep it up you will be my dealership for life. Fair, Honest backed by integrity.

If I could give this dealership a one star I would. We were tying to buy a car while out of state. It was the only dealership we found with the car we wanted... we reached out and obviously they were helpful at the beginning. We had to send our parents to look at the car. We let them know that because it's Friday in the afternoon, we won't be able to wire the money until Monday morning. we were paying all cash. Mr Fandy or however you spell or say his name, told us that it was OK if we did that. Not only was he so rude and told me over the phone " I keep repeating myself and it's 8 o'clock. I want to leave" but he also lied to my dad and made him think that he never said anything about the money. We were always honest with them about the payment and they made it seem like they didn't get the sale because of us on Sunday when again, We told them we couldn't transfer the funds until Monday morning. The management was horrible. They were impossible to deal with. We decided to just skip on that car and check out one here in Nashville. Once we walked in it was a better experience and found the most amazing car. Keep out of this dealership all they want is your money they don't care about you trust me. KEEP AWAY. ALL THEY WANT IS A SALE AND THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THEY DIDNT WANT TO MAKE THE SALE ON MONDAY BECAUSE IT WASNT THE END OF THE MONTH ANYMORE!!!! All to their advantage. NASHVILLE DEALERSHIP WE WERE IN AND OUT IN 3 hours!!! WE HAD TO DEAL WITH THESE FOOLS FOR 3 DAYS. KEEP AWAY!!!!!!!!

I purchased a C300 from an outside dealership- not a Mercedes Benz dealership, after performing exhausting searches at local MB dealerships for a new vehicle with the specifications I desired. The prior owner is still listed as the owner of record on Mercedes Me and as such precludes me from accessing certain functions on my car. I contacted Mercedes Benz Corporate and was told all I needed to do was go to any MB dealership to get the prior owner removed from Mercedes Me. According to them it was a quick fix. I also contacted another Mercedes Benz dealership more of a drive away from me and they were very professional and reiterated it was a quick fix and I could stop in anytime to have them remove the prior owner.I stopped by MB North Orlando on a Sunday and asked if they would have the time to remove the prior owner from my car. There was a single customer in view working with a salesperson and two gentlemen standing off to the side chatting with each other. I initially spoke with the receptionist who was very kind and polite with my query. She brought over one of the gentlemen who told me his name was John and that he was a sales manager. He rudely stated they were extremely busy with only 4 people to assist customers and they did not have time to do something like that on a Sunday. He said maybe on a weekday but he really did not have the staff so he couldn't offer any guarantees. At this point the single customer observed in the building had already left the building. He also stated "people" need to purchase Mercedes vehicles from Mercedes dealerships not outside dealers because they do things like my request for their customers. He continued to speak over me about other things his dealership does for their "customers." I would like to share that I did shop this dealership prior to my purchase last year, but they were less than helpful in my search and in fact did not carry the vehicle I ultimately purchased. He continued to speak to me in a disrespectful and insulting manner and then turned his back on me and walked away as I stood there a bit shell-shocked by his response to a simple query. I may not have been a customer of Mercedes Benz North Orlando when I walked into the dealership however this gentleman was the sole determining factor I will never be a customer at a future date.

This dealership showed me respect as the second I walked into the door! They took the time and built me my sprinter van! I'm very pleased on how it was a swift sale! Making sure I got what I wanted! Thank you

I called this location because Mercedes is the only one that can replace the key. My wife had stolen the key stolen/lost at her work because we and live an hour and a half away we had the car towed. Spoke to several people and got it set up. I then called follow up three days later because it was supposed to take three days to do and they couldn't find my car. We called the tow truck company and ask him where our car was . Turned out it was at Mercedes the entire time they were supposed to start the work at 10:30 on Friday when we had our appointment to get it started and they just left it in the lot where they told the tow truck driver to put it with the window down. I was planning on doing some maintenance as well while there. .. not now. They literally said they lost my car in their own parking lot.

I took my 2023 Mercedes Sprinter for Recall on handbrake. They were fantastic, and quick. Their showroom is beautiful, comfortable, clean, and stocked with snacks and beverages. Very nice shop where you can buy all sorts of Mercedes souvenirs and products, like Charms, Coffee mugs, travel mugs, tee shirts, etc

I will not be returning to this location after our experience bringing our car in for service here. We just moved here from AZ back in August, so this was the first time visiting this Mercedes location. Since I ran over a nail the other day and needed my 30K service in 400 miles, I decided to take it to the dealership and beat 2 birds with 1 stone. When I scheduled the appt over the phone with Anderson, he never mentioned to me that it would be a THREE week waiting period for a rental car. This is my only vehicle, and I have rental car reimbursement on my insurance, so I've always rented a car while I have service completed. We got to the dealership this morning and were told they would call us a Lyft. A Lyft doesn't help me out for getting my kids to school, getting groceries etc until Tuesday or Wednesday (it's Saturday today...). No apology for the major inconvenience or for not informing me of that when I booked the appointment. We now have to rent a car and pay $200 for the car out of pocket, in addition to the repairs to the car. Sounds like we aren't the only people that have dealt with this issue based on your reviews. I had better experiences at the old Kia dealership I went to before I had a Mercedes. I will say that Scottsdale's Mercedes dealership had amazing service. Update: we were now just informed that the dealership does not even have my tires in stock, so the car was brought in and will sit for 4 days until Tuesday afternoon, all to have 1 tire replaced. If I had known this, I wouldn't even bothered to take it there and would've given my business to a local auto repair shop. I would expect the service department manager to reach out and explain why this experience was so unprofessional.

I went to this location with an appointment scheduled for 10:30am and was attended to only after, I walked to service agents desk at 11:00am. It's not the service agents fault they are understaffed. Luis their service supervisor is phenomenal.

I’ve been going to North Orlando Mercedes for 3 years. Jordan Conner, is the BEST SALESMAN I have delt with ANYWHERE. No matter how long you have had your car, he will always be on the other end of the phone to help you, even with the smallest problem. His customers stay number 1 to him.Crystal in service. I can’t say enough good things about her. She is on top of your car when it goes into service. She keeps you updated on everything going on with your vehicle. Hope to see her Service Manager one day. You both are the word of EXCELLENCE
