I came into the store Sunday and the representative who helped me was Edwin, he is a brilliant young man and was able to get me a new phone, a case, and a screen protector for a very reasonable price! He explained everything and I will be coming back to see Edwin for a Hint! I have been a Metro Customer for 10 years and I can say that these guys are legit!, not only do they make you feel heard but the prices are very reasonable. Definitely will have my friends and family members come.

Tried to scam my wife saying she can only upgrade to 5g plan if she adds 4 lines. Luckily we have a friend that’s a manager at a different Tmobile’s who informed us he was trying to scam. Started acting rude after we found out. Stay away go to the corporate store that’s nearby.
Also just found out that he changed her plan to military even though she said never mind. So he touched her account after she already left. Such terrible customer service. Stay away

Areil is really understanding and helpful. I am not a customer with a lot of money and she helped me get a new charger with the box for a reasonable price. I hope she continues to have a great day! She's holding it down on her own, too.
