Ericka was wonderful, she solved all my issues I was having! I was about to switch to Verizon but I decided on my way home what the heck, it doesnt hurt to ask. I left the store the happiest I’d been since I joined Metro 5 years ago. Ericka goes above and beyond and I could tell she really wanted to help me! If I could rate her more stars I would! 20/10 PERFECT EXPERIENCE

I don’t know the girl name but she doesn’t have a ounce of customer service first off she didn’t even greet me was on her one for five minutes before even trying to help me after she proceeded to help me she did that in a rude way her whole era was off and I just walked out cause it’s early to deal with nonsense and rude behind employees

The supposed store manager in training late getting in the and doesn't open the store till like 5 to 10 mins after the time for the store to open.Not very good customer service here.

There’s so many things that I could say about the great customer service that are experienced today with Arianna as soon as I walked in, she receives me with a smile. I went in with a couple of questions and she was there to answer each question with the right information that I needed to know I wanted to upgrade my phone, but she even gave me a better solution. She ran my credit and as a surprise I did qualify for a brand new iPhone something that I didn’t know on the Best thing to she also offer me a tablet at a great price and a good plan. Also, don’t forget about route. She was also very professional. Great customer service. I am proud to be a customer.
