This place is in the hood of Sanford but the employees were helpful and even put in a couple of lights for my girlfriend after she bought them.

Zero stars! Walked into this store and there were 4 employees at the counters. Not 1 greeted me. As I got what I went in for I proceeded to walk to the counter, another customer was coming up and jumped right in front of me "rude" but I didn't mind because there were 3 other people I could go to. All at once everyone left the counter. 1 person went in the back and got on the phone, another old dude just started walking around the store as I'm just standing there, a lady went in the back then came back and proceeded to help the other guy(that jumped in front of me) even though there was someone already helping him. I stood there for almost 10 minutes until I was even acknowledged. Just a bunch of racist if I'm being honest that's exactly what it gave off.

O'Reilly is my typical 'go to' place for parts. They usually have whatever it is that I need. On this visit, just as every other parts store in town, they didn't have what I needed. The store was neat and tidy and the staff was helpful. They even offered a possible solution to my issue. If you register with the store, and if you have served in/ serving in thy military, they do give military discounts.

Chris was very helpful today with my purchases. Taught me a couple of things about the hoses and clamps needed. Professional and offered to help me take things out to my car since my hands were full.

Thanksgiving Day 2024, was in a pickle with a dead battery. At 455 pm, it was the only one open! Went in and the two gentlemen there were so helpful and managed to get me going after a few minutes with a new battery and great service!! Recommend!!

Our car was having multiple issues. Checked the battery and it had to be replaced. Rodger provided excellent service, he was very knowledgeable and friendly. This was our 2nd time coming here and the first time the representative had great customer service as well. Definitely recommend this place to anyone! Once we replaced the battery, the issues we were having went away.
