Fui por que necesitaba que pusieran un parche a mi llanta tengo una llanta nueva que tiene un par de meses tenía un clavo en la mitad y el manager me dijo que no podría ponerle el parche ya que el clavo estaba en la mitad de la llanta, me pareció muy extraño y me dirigí a Sam’s club y ahí me pusieron el parche sin ningún problema, muchachos la próxima ser más honestos por favor.

I had a crazy tire blowout on the highway coming home from a vacation with my little kids, and these guys saved us! They got a new tire on right away, were super patient with the kids, and very kindly directed us to nearby food or places to kill time. Kudos to the gentlemen of this Pep Boys…great work and our saving grace. Wish you all the best!!

Quick service, compassionate handling of our issues. I felt like the mechanics cared that our car was in good condition and didn't feel undue pressure to do all suggested repairs. They were helpful in sorting out what had to be done immediately and what could wait.

The receptionist is very good. He explained everything and make it very easy for me to make my final decision. Nothing was forced on me like other shops do. They also let me know where the process was with my vehicle at all times. Thank you Pep Boys.

Justin and Steve did a great job when we first came in and made the appointments, the only issue I had was I had a 3:00 p.m. appointment and they didn't get my car in the bay till 4:30

Was in Orlando visiting family and my son's car needed a battery, its not a common battery. Called pep Boys, they were able to get the battery in 20 minutes. When I arrived, they were ready to go. They tested mine to confirm t needed replacement, replaced it, and got me back on the road quickly.

Great experience at pep boys! Found a nail in my tire and decided to come here. Roland was very helpful and informative in deciding what tires to replace with. Service was quick and had updates through my phone the entire time. Josh, my service technician, was very nice and went out of his way to let me know about the conditions of my other tires and having to turn off my exterior lights (safety). 10/10, would recommend!
