“Living in Deltona for 2 years now. My mail carrier is awesome. I shop online a lot. He always delivers my stuff with a smile. He even made sure to give me a little grief when my team lost the Superbowl lol. It was hilarious! Never had an issue sending or receiving anything. I'm not sure why all the negative reviews. This is the least I could do to help that situation. I'll be going today to mail a package with a label on it already. I'll be out of there in 2 minutes as I don't need to wait in a line or talk to anyone. Learn how the mail system works and it's amazingly simple ?”
“I go to this office at least 2 times a week for years and I NEVER had any problems. Bobby, Carmen and the young lady are the best. May be because I go there to send packages only but, I never had any issues.”

“I frequent this location on a regular basis and the staff is always kind and willing to help. Glenn went out of his way to conduct research on a delayed package I had that was stuck in Miami. I really appreciated his efforts and customer service.”
“I know experiences are individual and post offices keep strict hours, as they should IMHO. My experience on a Monday afternoon was better than expected. They were polite and helpful determining my best option to send a package. Even made a little small talk while working. I’m sure it gets busy at times but the people working here seem to be very kind and helpful.”
