Co-manager I believe it was Cindy? Very rude, made me stand at the register for minutes and didn’t even acknowledge my presence or say I’ll be with you in a minute. When she walked over she didn’t say anything, scanned my items and then said “that’s it?” . She’s CO-MANAGER not a regular employee. This is the example they are setting up for their staff? She really should probably be in the cooler with that attitude. Is it too much to ask for someone to say “hi” or “sorry for the wait” or “I’ll be with you in a moment” or whatever.

The doors were locked and the lady inside said they weren’t open because she was by herself. Why even work the store throughout the night if you aren’t going to be open? If the store can’t be open because she’s by herself then hire two people

Current management has scared off all the good employees that used to work at this location. It used to be that you would come in and the employees seemed happy to be there and they all got along, everyone at the counter was friendly, funny, and respectful. Now, every time you come in there’s a new face and the staff are constantly talking smack about each other. Not the store it used to be. It has had a negative shift since the last store manager left.

Almost all the time I go into the store the staff are rude no talking at all and today when I had someone who spoke (a shift manager) very sarcastically and laughing with a rude tone and look.

I was here today 10/7/24
To get gas,I cannot believe what happened,the hose had a tear in it,and sprayed on mu cloths and shoes,and right through my window, new shoes on, they as the inside of my car smells like gas, I'll never go to a race track,and I regularly go to race track up by 419 and 1792,much cleaner,but there outta gas far to often.
IM not sure about you all, but when I pay for gas and the only thing that gets the gas is in my car,and on my cloths and arms, and to be offered a fountain drink, really I'm blown away by the total disregard of the fact that I'm smelling gas in my car its 6:28 all I can smell is gasoline, it is in my sinuses.

We visited on Friday late at night and the gentleman working was so pleasant, kind, and thoughtful. He helped us use the new coffee machines without us even asking. We were looking at the ramen and he told us how we could heat it up there and we didn’t even have to ask! There were no more pastries left and he overheard us and brought us some alternate options. Best experience I’ve ever had and I will go out of my way to return in the future
