Had a great time here at the Sanford Red Lobster. Our waitress was super nice and friendly. We couldn’t have had a better waitress!! The food was perfect and cooked to perfection.

It was my first time ever at a Red Lobster and surely will be my last. We made reservations and we sat and waited and waited.. finally went up to hostess and let her know we had reservations and that the other hostess that was up their before said they was getting our table ready. She looked worried and confused,so I took it as they forgot to us and seat us! Once they sat us we was in the back and we had to wait till they found chairs ? you can tell that they just added our table to waitress and we just waited another while. We had no napkins on table or silverware. Food was ok and honestly very overpriced. Then waited a while to receive check. Not a good experience at all. Then to have to pay knowing that service, food and just the experience was awful irritated my soul and just had me upset for the rest of the night.

Don’t eat here!!! Ate there last night with my parents who drove from New England to visit. For 4 adults it took 3 hours to get our food! Now, all of us woke up with some sort of food poisoning! The bussers there don’t clean the tables. We had several tables near us that sat for over an hour, uncleaned, because the busser didn’t want to do is job! Then when he did clean it, he grabbed the plates but never scrubbed the table down. The edges of the lobster tails were rubbery. The food was mediocre . Whoever the chef was lastnight does not need to be cooking. Period. One of the worst Red Lobsters I have ever ate at and I’ve been all over country. They blame the service on the amount of tables they had lastnight. There were a lot of table that were open! I could see if it were packed, but no, it was not. Having food poisoning from undercook seafood sucks! Don’t eat here!

Arrived at 5:30 finally had dinner at 6:45 and then waited another 30 minutes for shrimp refills. Horrendous service. Waitress was clueless.

We had lunch around 2:30pm and it was so nice and quiet and not busy. Kelly our server was fantastic. The food was good. When we walked in the lobby had water all over the tile floor and a staff person was busy trying to clean it up. It seems weird that even though the lobby was flooded there was not a manager in sight.

ATTENTION!!!!!!! Restaurants will either love me or hate me because of how truthful I am about my visits . Not only because I leave a review here but with the head office. We showed up a little late on valentine day because I had to work. I called prior to our arrival to make sure we could sit right down. And we did but I also ask one thing once I arrive at any restaurant I go to and that is “ how fast is the food coming out?” Now this will determine if we go somewhere else. The waitress I asked coming in said the food was coming out in 20-25 minutes. Ok cool since we sat right downs that is totally acceptable. We arrived approximately 7:45 pm ordered 17 minutes after our arrival and heard every single excuse we could have why our food didn’t show up for almost an hour. There were countless empty seats in the entire restaurant and yet we finished our meal 20 minutes after it hit the table. Asked the waiter for A-1 sauce when our food came and she said I will be right back. When she finally got back I had already finished my meal and was ready to walk out the door. To no avail did she decide to come back and collect payment. I was about to walk out the front door when another woman asked if I needed help and she took my payment but another woman came back and said the manager gave me 25% discount and I said we should have gotten a full refund. Then she had the nerve to tell me I was required to sign the receipt and I told her she has lost her mind. I said if my money was gone then she was paid. Needless to say I was totally and absolutely disappointed Red lobster you get a big fat ZERO from my family today. Shame on you…… I wil never again eat at another Red lobster because of my experience so thank you my long time ex- friend!!!!
