Desiree was so helpful. She did what I needed to get done and asked a few questions to get me thinking. She’s kind, respectful and someone I know I would be able to trust. Highly recommend talking to her!

This is definitely the worst bank I ever dealt with in my entire life. Not even in so called third world countries bank are this terrible. Nothing works! ATM doesn’t work, sent me an invalid card, Zelle glitches all the time and the cherry on top customer service is non existent.

Lakysha Foster!! She is so professional and polite every time I goto regions bank. Lakysha is so lovely. She has thoroughly explained all my banking options. I even decided to get additional services because it made sense. Lakysha is an excellent representative of the company, and works very hard. I have worked with her many times. I love doing business with the Lovely Lakysha! She deserves a raise and a paid vacation. At least lunch on a Friday to show appreciation for her excellent customer service, and going above and beyond for the customers. Thank you Regions for having such an excellent employee. As long as she is working there I will keep depositing money in all my accounts at Regions...

I would give 11 stars if I could. Nelson "Dance machine" is always so friendly, professional and courteous. Ask him about the daily dance. He'll show you! Last but not least, Derrick. "Bossman" This gentleman is a true leader. He leads by example! Last week. Yes last week. I am just posting the review now because the service was so good that I had to post an honest review about my experience. I called other Banks and not one would pick up the phone. It just rang. I called Regions Bank in Sanford and the manager Derek answered the phone. Right away and on a Friday afternoon. Not only did he answer the phone but he took his time and helped me out with the issues that I was having. He even said call back if I have any questions. I did. Twice. Each time I called he was always kind, professional, courteous, and very helpful. I highly recommend Regions Bank in Sanford! They go above and beyond for their customers.

They have the worst ? ATMs they never work, forcing you to interact with the horrible customer service workers at the windows who act as of they own the bank and have more money than You when they dont. A lot of talking knowing the machine is out of service butvwill.moce at turtle speed to make a simple deposit.

Nelson (Sanford branch) was fantastic. Professional and friendly, he took care of our several needs. This branch was short handed on the day we were there, yet our wait was brief and the service was excellent. Go to the Sanford branch, ask for Nelson and get great personal service.

ATM’s never work. Tim H is the worst teller/banker to ever deal with. Will do anything he can to hurt you instead of help you. It’s clear why they rate 2.6 and lowest around! He made a little remark today and is lucky I didn’t lay him out in front of the entire lobby. Get an account anywhere but here. Thank me later ?

Terrible!!! I’m not saying that all Regions banks are terrible but this one in Sanford, Florida is. There is never a branch manager there and the customer service is awful. I tried calling the one 800 number to get some information on my account and was literally on hold for over an hour and still no one picked up the phone. I closed my account and went to a different bank!!!! This particular branch needs to get it together

This is a great place to bank they are helpful with all things. Desiree and Bill are always helpful. Wonderful staff altogether no matter who helps you. Terrific team.

All they ever do is call me while I’m at work about helping me save money and then charge me overdraft fees despite having overdraft protection. When I have an issue that I’ve never had with another bank, they insist it’s a universal problem and I just have to deal with it and I don’t. Will be closing my account ASAP.

This is the best bank for customer service. I started at Chase and they would not help open an account. We walked in and they were so helpful. I have my daughter account at this Regions and they have been great with customer service. Tim was so helpful and so was the manager. They helped a young girl I am working with get on her feet by opening account when she is from out of state. Most banks will not give you the time of day. This one went above and beyond. I have my revolving line of credit through them and they have been great.

This branch has no clue what they are doing. I called inquiring about opening an account for my minor son. The girl stated she was new and would have to call me back with what documentation I would need to bring in with him. I never heard back from her. Today I call and speak with a man and he told me I’d have to bring in a state ID for my son even though my son isn’t old enough to be on an account with me. I asked him what is the point of bringing an ID for my son if he can’t open an account or be a joint holder? He replied “Well then the point of the ID would be null and void since he can’t be on an account.” Most incompetent employees I’ve ever dealt with.
