Very professional and extremely friendly. They went out of the way to get nice wheels for my daughter's Mercedes and even matched internet prices. We had a small challenge with installation but AJ, the manager, want above and beyond to make it right. I highly recommend RAW Sanford for great wheels, great service, and great pricing. Thanks to AJ for all you do.

Place used to be great when Chuck was around. I spent $2500 on rims that I was close to paying off but due to unforseen circumstances I fell behind two weeks and because of that they closed my account and kept my rims. Never again!!! Highly recommend everyone to stay away from this place unless you want crap service. God forbid you get hurt at work or something they have zero grace period. Not to mention they didnt want to replace rims that came bent when I bought them. Over promises and under deliver is their specialty.

I would not recommend rent a wheel in sanford to anybody. The guys that work there are rude and disrespectful. We have spent thousands of dollars in the Sanford store will never step foot back in there ever again. Nor will I ever spend another penny in that store.. Their customer service sucks tremendously. I give sanford rent a wheel a −0 rating. That is how rude they are. Please don't go in there and waste your time with rude. Unprofessional people when you . Again, that is rent a wheel in Sanford they are rude disrespectful and unprofessional and think they can talk to you anyway they want too. NEVER WILL ME MY FAMILY OR FRIENDS EVER SPEND A PENNY IN THAT STORE EVER AGAIN.

I bought new rims and mud terrain tires online for my 2024 Gladiator. I had 3 different shops rebalance and mount the wheels to fix a bouncing issue after 40+mph. 2 people recommended i go to R.A.W. in Sanford. After explaining my issue to AJ, he made recommendations on where to start. Luckily for my wallet, AJ's 1st remedy corrected the problem that 3 other local shops couldnt find. My experience was professional and cost lower than originally quoted. I would recommend their expertise for anyone having similar issues.

I didn't grow up with this option to buy tires. This option is awesome! the staff at this location is the most friendly. They don't rush you. They explain the contract. The work with you if there is an accident to the rims or tires and honor the contract without question. They are truly a great staff and make you feel comfortable. I high recommend this location.

Just picked up a new set of wheels from RAW - Sanford, and honestly, the experience was solid from start to finish. I had a few concerns going in — wanted to make sure the fitment was right and everything was dialed in — but the guys there really took their time to explain everything, double-checked, and even triple-checked the setup before letting me roll out.
They were patient, cool to talk to, and clearly know their stuff. The whole process felt easy and professional. Big thanks to the team for making sure my ride came out looking clean and driving smooth. Definitely recommend them if you want your wheels done right. 💯

My husband Will and I came to Rent A Wheel Saturday 11/1 and met Brett. He was very professional, and helped us get the right rims for our new Blessing! Not only was Brett great, Braden stated every details that we needed to know, making sure we received all our paperwork, our cleaning kit for our vehicle, and helped Brett put our rims on. Management has 100% from my end. He was very patient throughout the whole process of me picking the wheels since you gotta make sure the ones you pick something you keep it prices has changed they no longer double the price when you pass 120 days is now 90 days plus. I highly recommend you this location because they will work with you. They all work as a team and they’re very kind and understanding. Thank you to AJ and his team for such a great service.
