Courteous and helpful ladies who work at Ross in Sanford helped me find a great buy! In the WalMart plaza on 17-92 this Ross has good employees who care about your needs. I bought a Samsonite Andante 2 (22” wheeled duffel). This piece of exceptional luggage sells for 79$-89$ anywhere else. I purchased it for 19.99$ at this Ross. It wasn’t displayed in front where most luggage is found. The friendly ladies who worked up front this morning directed me to the middle section of the men’s department and there it was! Thank you ladies for exceptional customer service!! It was last minute on my way to a staycation in Orlando and I needed luggage but had limited time!! You made my day!!

Great clearance items! I got a beautiful bedding set for 1/3rd of the price. Highly recommended checking out their good deals, you won't leave empty handed. The cashier was very nice at check out.

This Ross is so clean and staff are friendly. I normally avoid Ross like the plague due to an overwhelming amount of disorganization. Eventhough this Ross has low inventory I prefer it that way. Its keeps the traffic low

I have been buying in this store for many years but lately it is a nightmare to go to this store the staff is always upset and very angry very bad service a tall thin man attended to me he threw things at me and did not give me the bill it was horrible

I’ve been going to this Ross since I was a child and have never had a problem until today. First, they put clothing on the racks with no price tag, and I got charged $15 for something that cost $10. The cashier didn’t even bother to mention that there wasn’t a price tag and just decided what to charge me whatever price she wanted. I had to go find a new pair of the same item myself instead of them doing a price check. When I came back, someone had taken my spot, and the cashier started ringing them up as I was coming back with my item. There was only one cashier and all workers were just roaming the store trying to looking busy with a line full of people. How can people be that incompetent?

Very empty. Very bare minimum. The guy cashier was the only kind one. The head cashier acted like I was bothering her when I was paying for my stuff. I peeped her energy and I was totally disappointed since I had done nothing rude to her. Some people jst wake up always in a angry mood

I usually love Ross but feel that on Monday the 22nd they were well aware everyone was online outside ROSS stores due to the internet & social media all having the .49 sale advertised. Barbara Rentler (CEO) K. Gunnar Bjorklund (Executive Chairman) Michael Balmuth (President) Michael J. Hartshorn (COO) all these ROSS Executives where very aware that in all due reality there was NO .49 sale on that day because they called there stores and informed them it was just the internet/social media gossip. But did they inform the Consumer NO they did NOT. They let the Consumer stand outside in the cold for hrs in hopes to get a deal that wasn’t. I know this because I spoke to someone in the store that informed me of this & boy was I pissed. ROSS could have posted signs informing the Consumer it was not true but didn’t. They didn’t care they just wanted sales. As many believed once they arrived at the register the price might go down mostly on clearance items. Then many don’t want to be embarrassed so buy the item anyway. Shame on you ROSS!!! I had to go to the doctors yesterday as standing out there caused me to get sick ??. Many went to work late, rearranged their schedules all for a FAKE sale that ROSS was well aware of; but did NOTHING to inform the Consumer. It should be illegal to misguide Consumers like this. Do better ROSS or at least make up for this misguidance. I am a regular Ross shopper everyone at my local Ross knows me but I have been away due to holidays so haven’t been in store since before holidays. Busy catching up as one is after being away for so long, but definitely didn’t want to miss the sale that actually wasn’t.

Store is a total wreck. Clothes on the floor everywhere. Staff is very rude. Restrooms out of order. The wait in line is a joke, 25 minutes. Only one cashier working. Did not see any one else that looked like they worked there.
