Outstanding customer service from the office folks to the techs in the shop. Highly recommend this business, they'll do whatever they can to help you out and save you money. Highly knowledgable glass techs, these folks know there stuff! Again, highly recommend!

Good and down to earth employees and management, was willing to take care of my car that had a manufacturer defect with some trim that protected our vehicles LKAS system, and was responsible while doing so. Returning a phone we had left in the car, and also being conversational while our car was being handled.

I scheduled a mobile service appt on 10/31 for 11/2. I took my day off for this appt so that I can be here when the service person arrives. However, received an email reminder on day of 11/2 that my appt is now 11/6. This is very unprofessional. Hopefully this is only with the Sanford location. I reached out to customer service. They don’t seem to care at all. Debating if I should try another their location.

Had to go there as insurance and Safelite have an arrangement.7 visits and they could not get my windshield installed correct. Air noise from bottom left corner. Finally after 3 months and 7 visits insurance agreed to refund my money and let me go to my facility of choice. Went to Honda the windshield was done correct first time. Amazing when someone knows what they are doing does the job.Jennifer Fawcett manager of location and Ruben Feliciano District manager were made aware of the situation by corporate email. Not one response from either. No apologies for wasting over 21 hours of my time between 7 visits not including over 200 miles back and forth gas and tolls.Unprofessional unresponsive and could not care less.

Super easy and quick process! I had an in-shop appt for my Camry, which they were able to get scheduled 1 day in advance. They completed the replacement in less than 2 hours, and everything looks perfect. All my sensors are working great, too.

I had my windshield replaced at the Sanford, FL location on Monroe. They cut the vin number while replacing my windshield and said they would get back to me, and haven't done so yet. It's been a month. I have called and still told they would call me back when they heard anything. So, I'm assuming they will never call me back. It's upsetting for sure.

Safelite Does NOT use OEM quality glass. Think about that when a rock is heading towards your windshield...Last windshield they replaced was cracked again within 2 weeks. Engineered to fail to keep them in business.

I had my windshield replaced, but the vin number was cut in half. The attendant said he would get back to me within a week and it's been over a month now with no response. I called the 1-800 number with questions and they told me that they were still waiting on a response from the DMV and that they would call me back when they heard back. Which I'm assuming will be never. Very unprofessional in my opinion.

Windshield looks good, but tech broke antenna on my Tahoe.He said shop would call but they didn't. When I try to call the shop I get recorded answers but never a live person. 3 months and still no antenna!!!

The shop at Sanford kept on rescheduling me without confirmation on having the glass at the shop. I waited 10 days for my car and never got it fixed. The staff was not helpful at all. No one knew what was going on. They don't communicate with each other. The worst service from a company ever. Very disappointed. Almost forgot they didn't show up on 1 appointment and didn't call or anything!

Something blew out my drivers side window while on the highway. Called them late in the afternoon and they scheduled me for the next day. Joseph called in the morning to confirm what was being done and where. He gave me an estimated time. He called again when he was about 20 minutes away. He was very professional, did a great job getting all the broken glass out. Everything works fine. I would recommend him anytime.

Had everything set up to get my 2017 Ford 250 transit windshield changed. I had taken the day off just to get my new windshield. The tech called me a total of 4 time to tell me he was on the way and he will be here shortly. Well to make a long story short, he never showed up. He had a costumer issue and he couldn’t make it ,& he would have to reschedule it for Monday. I told him I couldn’t take another day off from work. So he hangs up on me,& as I’m calling him I receive an email stating I had to pay a refund fee,& a cancellation fee. If you don’t want a headache.. stay away from this company they give 2 @&$!? about your windshield.

I was linked to Safelite thru my insurance company due to a cracked windshield due to road debris. The entire process was exceptionally smooth. The staff greatest me as soon as I arrived. They kept me well informed through the process. They calibrated windshield with my Stinger cameras perfectly. The front office woman was very nice and had a very professional attitude. Highly recommended this location.

This is not my first experience with Safelite but easily my best! I was called a day prior to confirm my appointment but was also told I could drop my vehicle off early. I waited as I wanted to state at my concerns about the vehicle. Dominique was very professional and reassured us that our Subaru was in good hands. I have had so-so experience with safelite vendors that come to you, this was my first time bringing my car to master tech at safelite location. Jared the tech had already pulled the vehicle in for repair before we left. It was fixed very quickly including the safety calibration. Car was also clean, no evidence he was even there. I am very please with the customer service and professionalism provided! Thanks so much!
