Melina is amazing! She’s professional and to the point. I called in first and she was warming and helpful, when I arrived she was even better in person. Mr. Cruz is friendly and gentle. Overall I am very very pleased! Will go back if I need anything else.

I recently moved back to Florida and needed to transfer my RN license. After having to email the CHAI system (florida clearinghouse) website about the site being down, I was FINALLY able to schedule an appointment with this place. The website was still glitchy so it gave me no instructions on what I needed for my appointment. I had a 9am appt and got there a little before 9am. Melina was there and asked for me for an ORI number which I did not have nor knew what it was so I began searching my emails and even logging in to Florida Health to get. After almost 10 minutes she tells me that I can google it. I finally got the ORI and proceeded with being fingerprinted. That process is just like if you’ve ever been fingerprinted before.

I highly recommend this location for your fingerprinting needs. Melina helped me today and was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. If I have any other needs I'll definitely be coming back!

Extraordinary place
The people that works there are amazing they helped me with everything
Mr. Cruz got all my fingerprints right and he was so kind thru the process
Now Ms.Melina helped me with everything from beginning to end since the minute I put my foot in the office and she was above and beyond , great place great service and wonderful people very outstanding.
