Seminole County Animal Services is a county shelter run by people who care deeply about the animals. The huge building is very clean and organized. The staff are professional, very helpful, and kind, with enough help so no one waits long. They really care about the animals and want them to go to a good home, even following up after adoption. The adoption process is easy, painless, and at ease. Animals receive all necessary vaccines, are fixed, and are well cared for while awaiting a permanent home. The shelter encourages support through adoption, donations, or simply checking out their many animals needing homes.

Excellent experience. Staff wa very knowledgeable about the dogs and shared what they could of their history. Adoption was quick and easy.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. My kitty still hasn't shown up, but they are always welcoming there. It's very clean, the animals are definitely well cared for.
