Awful customer services. Went there to fill up my tank i prepaid with 25 dollars the pump never work i asked him for the refund and he said that i cancelled the transaction with a receipt of 0.09 looking in my bank account the charge me 25. i try to explain to him and he ignores me completly i was talking with the wall. very disrispectful, un polite never never go back to that store. i have to drive more miles for gas ill but never in this awful place.

I don't understand how difficult it is for them to put up a sign that says there is no gasoline or that there is only special gasoline. Due to this lack of information, the bank charges you a dollar for no reason. š”š”š”

This is a Shell gas station right by a Waffle House. Basically sketch city lol. There are bright LED lights all around the station, so that's a plus. Tried printing receipt but no paper at the pump. Message says go inside. When filling gas station, tried to use contactless/NFC, but pump also said not working. I only stopped by this gas station because it's the cheapest in the area. I wouldn't stop by otherwise because the location is not great and the exits are a pain. Cheap gas station. Keep expectations low people !

6 pumps would not accept SHELL card. I ran out of time before trying the others. Attendant was no help - he knew about the problem, but just said to try another pump. Complete waste of time.

This gas station sucks! Itās filthy. Window cleaning station is always empty. Pumps havenāt worked the past few times Iāve visited. Wonāt be back.

visited here around may last year, they had no gas during the time and i paid in cash before i figured it out (the cashier didnt say mind you), the cashier at the time didnt refund anybody that paid the pump even tho i paid in cash. a kind man was able to give me my 20 i put, i dont think it was from the store at all. they stole mines and other peoples money. so called "family business", they probably knew there wasnt any gas
hope it is not the same anymore, be wary to stay away from these smaller gas stations

I recently visited a gas station located a few minutes away from my home to quickly refill my gas tank. I found that the price was $.12 cheaper than the RaceTrac gas station located down the street. While it was very convenient, I must point out that the location does not accept tap on credit cards. Instead, we need to swipe our cards, which may pose a risk of credit card fraud. Therefore, I would recommend being cautious and keeping an eye out for any fraudulent activity. Overall, I give this gas station three stars for its convenience.

Owner extremely rude second time going into the store and he is super rude. I walk I. Said good morning to him asked a questions and he was extremely rude I told him how rude he was I will never go back into this store ever again he has no customer service at all

Several pumps not accepting pay at the pump. There was no signage and the employee wasn't really concerned. He just ignored the fact. The gas was cheaper, I guess that's why some of the pumps weren't taking pay at the pump, lol!
