This store didn’t let me buy the same product I bough at other store with the same base. ( duration ) they want me to do it with emerald. I have to drive all the way to Eustis to get the gallon of paint I need urgent.

Great Paint Color Match and Quality ServiceWe stopped in to get some exterior house trim touch-up paint and supplies. We were greeted and assisted quickly by Mekenna, who was able to accurately color match, even from a dried up paint sample supplied by our builder several years ago. She did this with a smile, saying it should be no problem at all. The new paint blends in well and we're very pleased with the results. We would highly recommend this store.

Needing a gallon of paint, I went to this store at 4:52 (not knowing they close at 5:00), even after seeing me getting out of my car they locked the door, shaking their head no. Terrible, rude customer service. I will not be back.

I had been a loyal customer and bought so much paint for my personal home projects for years. This time, I was extremely upset how the management and staff dealt with me basically accusing me of cheating them for a $20 quart of paint instead of acknowledging there was a mistake on their end and try to fix the situation. This is not the only paint store left and I will not be going there again.
