I have had SEVERAL issues with this company and this location.
-Even though my account is current, I am unable to access the gate through my mobile app because it says my account is delinquent.
-I made an appointment to return and refund the standard issue unit lock, only for it to be ignored and/or forgotten. It was only luck that an employee there to cut locks arrived just before I gave up (no customer service phone answer either) and had to call another location to remotely refund because the local computer wasn't working. All of this, after I had visited 3 other locations the day before trying to find SOMEONE who could take the lock- that I couldn't opt out of receiving when reserving the unit online - and refund me. I ended up at a customer service kiosk at the last location who set the appointment for me... that wasn't even kept, as previously stated.
-The keypad to open the building closest to where my unit is doesn't work, so when I was transferring items from my larger unit to a smaller one I was forced to walk around the building- making the move more difficult- to access a keypad that worked.
-During hurricane Milton, I tried to access my unit to put things in storage for safer keeping, and was denied access due to the whole compound being on lock down, wasting precious evacuation time. I was not notified of this lockdown in any way, though one person said they recieved an email 24 hours beforehand.
If I could've afforded a Uhaul to move my stuff out of this place entirely, I would have- the experience has been mostly terrible.

36 hours before a hurricane and the property is locked during business hours with no prior notice.
