Thou the unit I requested was too small for my needs I've forgotten the gentleman that helped me was very kind and showed me others a little above my budget was very understanding ! Very nice to do business with i do recommend public storage to others though do consider for your needs great service

Spoke to the customer service line trying to get prices for a location on 1792 in Sanford the one I wanted that is 2 minutes from my home was $45 I asked for a better price she gave me a different location and asked me if I would be interested in a I asked for a better price she gave me a different location and asked me if I would be ok with that, I said no I wanted to be closest to home as I could be and basically she got very short with me when I was telling her CubeSmart across the street was almost half the price she got rude!

Have had my stuff there for a year now. Went by recently and was Shocked that SO MANY of my pictures glass and mirrors were broken, along with several lamps. Incredible!
