Angel was our sales rep and he did a fantastic job of the education and demo. We ended up purchasing the Climate 360 and are awaiting it. Not a fan of the lady there that called me and felt like she was trying to jack his sale but Angel is awesome.

I was incredibly excited to get a sleep number mattress. I had been wanting one for a very long time. I was completely disappointed when I got it. It was hard and very uncomfortable. I called them after two difficult nights of sleep and was told that they could not issue a refund or schedule a pick up until I had it for 30 days. When I finally was issued a refund I was charged $250 to have it picked up. So much for satisfaction guaranteed. This was an expensive lesson. I caution anyone, unless you are absolutely certain that you are going to love it, from buying one of these mattresses.

We are still waiting for them to bring us a new couch since July 2021 with 4 years warranty we made 3 claims and still nothing happened now it’s June 2023 and still nothing we still stuck with the damage couch worse place to shop 1792 location Sanford Florida

I have to give this store and the day's staff 5 stars for outstanding service. They greeted us as soon as we walked in and got to us as fast as possible. No visible staff was doing anything besides tending to customers.The store is very nice, modern, and clean inside. Product was staged nicely in a very feng shui kind of way I surmised.The gentlemen that waited on us, Rafael, he's also the store manager, was kind and knowledgeable. He had a good sense of humor and I thought he really represented the brand very well.Wheelchairs, there is a ramp 20 ft. or so left of the store front entrance and interior isles are very wide and should be easy to navigate.

since i ordered my bed about a year ago i have had nothing but issues with it since may of 2022..i purchased this bed to help with my physical condition but if the bed doesnt work properly what good does it do me to pay so much for this bed..im hoping that finally the issue is resolved with this new pump..was not even compensated for my two weeks of not having a proper bed to sleep on...i purchased a pillow which i feel should have been free due to all the time i went without a usable bed...not sure if i would ever recommend you to anyone

It was an experience that You could only enjoy and physically believe with Your body how these beds corrected Your postures while You're lying on them, the Manager shows You on screen how Your body corrected itself with the number settings how You will be sleeping comfortably through out the night and wake up refreshedThank You Rafael Rodriguez for the Demo and sales!

Rose Ellen was our sales associate and she walked us through all the improvements made over the years as well as pinpointing our “sleep number”. The staff in this store are very helpful. All our questions were answered. Yes we did buy a bed. I would suggest to find your deal and go home and think about it before you buy. These beds are expensive and we felt we should mull it over. Glad we did. There are always questions you won't think of while there that could affect your decision and the price of the bed, frame and accessories. It did for us.

I had a terrific experience at this location. Roselan explained the various functions and options but was never pushy or focused on just selling. I didn't buy during my visit but said I'd like to think it through and I would call the following day to finalize - if I so decided. When I did call, Roselen was off but had ensured the details were prepared and her colleague was able to finalize everything in just a few minutes - zero repetition or wasted time. I don't believe that the call lasted more than 10 minutes total including financing (@ 0%.) This is my 2nd SN bed - great product and awesome staff. They know their products well and answer questions easily- I've had only positive 3xperiences from purchase through delivery.
