Ordered my counters through Home Depot, and this was actually the second stone company after the first was let go. From the very beginning, the communication and professionalism were amazing. The install had a few hiccups, but they made it right—and I’m so happy with the end result.
The stone is absolutely beautiful (Trafalgar – Cambria Quartz).
A huge thank-you to Kevin, who made sure everything was just right. In my family, he is now forever known as “The Fixer.” He truly went above and beyond, and I’m so grateful.
And yes… my faucet now fits! 🙌✨

2nd job in a row the ball was dropped hard. They used to be amazing when Rebecca was there. The installers are still amazing. Just the office seams to not care about there customer anymore. It’s very sad because I used to love these guys and recommend them almost every day to the celebration residents. That won’t be happening anymore.

Can’t say enough about this company! Their customer service is top notch. They went above and beyond to make sure our granite was installed correctly and with the utmost care. We had a bit of a tricky install with lots of angles, lots of uneven parts in our floor, and a window pass through. The installers were very experienced and did an amazing job on the seams. Highly recommend for all your countertop needs!

We just did a kitchen and entertainment area remodel and we absolutely love our quartz countertops. Southeast Stone and Rebecca, were recommended to us for our project. Rebecca was very knowledgeable and found us our perfect quartz. Installation went beautifully and our countertops are spectacular. We are very happy with our finished project. Their material selection, assistance in what complimentary items need to be purchased, and installation has always been extremely helpful and professional….. there are many countertop companies out there but if you want the best choose Southeast Stone

From the beginning of picking out the stone, to measuring and installation, everything went perfectly. All of the staff were knowledgeable, professional and helpful with our project. We had a Fabulous experience with everyone at Southeast Stone! From the initial conversation with Chloe to the project’s completion, it was seamless! The countertop we chose is absolutely gorgeous! I was so comfortable with the two installers which gave me complete confidence in the installation process. Excellent experience, our Silestone countertop cracked and the manufacturer would not stand behind the warranty. Lloyd offered us a good deal on any stone slab they had in the yard. We chose a slab and they stored it for us until we purchased a new cooktop. They inset the cooktop so it was flush with the countertop. Their install guys came out, quickly removed the failed top, and then installed the new stone top. They checked that all the base cabinets were plumb and shimmed where necessary. They cleaned up and were very courteous. I'd want them back for any other stone work. Lloyd and Becca were very good throughout all the visits and discussions.

My journey was one that would never be forgotten. We order our countertops through Home Depot back in Feb '24. Southeast Stone was our fabricator and Cosentino was our Manufacture. My experience was not the best throughout this process but the reason I am leaving this review is because Southeast Stone did such an amazing job with the process despite the issues being out of their control. Cosentino was not cooperative and they made this job the worst experience I have ever had. Cosentino shipped the material to Southeast a total of 4 times before Southeast Stone received material that they could actually use. Chuck at Southeast Stone kept me in the loop and offered so many options and routes we could try since the material coming from Cosentino was either damaged or not the same colors. Once everything came and was able to install, I was notified and my installers did such an amazing job.
We would like to take this time to thank Southeast Stone for all of their patience with us throughout this process. The problem was not on their end but of course they were our point of contact. I am so pleased with the service we received from Chuck and the staff at Southeast Stone. Whether you are going through them directly or another store that they work with, Southeast Stone is a pleasure to work with.
