This review is specifically for Chris Bruce at the Spectrum store in Sanford in the Target shopping center. Spectrum people, you do not know how awesome Mr Bruce is!!!!! I've had multiple big issues that required a lot of time and help. Mr Bruce has always been professional, welcoming, patient, and so very helpful to me and never has he made me feel rushed. He is so amazing and I cannot write enough good things about him.

Went into the store with my family and Eddie greeted us at the door immediately with a smile. Any questions we had were answered with ease & confidence. We left with new services, and ended up switching our mobile lines over as well. I’d highly recommend you ask for him when you go here! Will be telling everyone I know as well. Thank you Eddie!

This store needs more people to work here. The wait for service was a little long. However once I got service it was easy and I recommend changing out your older boxes. The newer ones are better in almost every way. The only problem with Spectrum is after a year the prices for service jumps up dramatically. You would think being a long time customer you could get a better price.

Still garbage!!!!
This company has been trash for the City Of Sanford for decades. Now they have competition in areas and want to change their tune. They have horrible customer service, rude employees and they don’t care about the service you’re getting. Horrible connections as well.

We had a terrible experience with telesales, it was a huge mess which took hours so we went into the store and Eddy got everything fixed for us! He went above and beyond for us and did it with a smile. Absolutely top-notch customer service. Anything I do in the future with Spectrum will be with him.

Jodenny was great. As soon as I walked in I got greeted and taken care of promptly. Very friendly team and great deals. Swapped out modem in minutes too! Went Over plan and got a super great upgrade and saved a couple bucks love it!
