I don’t ever like writing bad reviews but I went into this store tonight to upgrade my phone and switch my current phone to my son’s line who is on my account. Or at least explore similar options. It was more than an hour before closing and so it wasn’t like I was a last minute customer. I worked for Verizon for two years so I know about eSIMs, early upgrades and payment on phones. As soon as I explained what I needed the lady immediately told me”you can’t do anything until you put your account on autopay!” My account was not past due so her rudeness in saying that was completely unnecessary. That task to put on auto pay took 5 seconds. She then told me that I had no options until I completely paid off my phone. I told her that couldn’t be true because I continuously receive text alerts about the upgrade or either way I would just be making the payments on both lines now since the other phone is paid off. She then gave me false information about having to call customer service to switch the lines and said that I could get the phone shipped and it would arrive later the next week. I have done multiple upgrades and insurance claims and it is always next day but never multiple days. Once she kept saying there was nothing they could do in the store I left because it was clear she didn’t want to help at all. I called customer service who clearly explained that I could make one more payment on the phone and do an early upgrade and then I can just upgrade the other line. Simple! Customer service said that I would have to return to the store for an inspection to do the early upgrade however and this easily could have been communicated by the lady at the store. This was a complete waste of time for me today and very disappointing the way this lady acted with her unwillingness to help tonight. I have never had a problem other than this incident with Spectrum but honestly I haven’t experienced an interaction like this not even at McDonalds.

I usually have a great experience with this store but about a week ago I came in because I was eligible for an early upgrade on my phone line. They still had about an hour and a half before closing. I signed in on their tablet like they always ask you to and I was waiting on someone to help me. Apparently they cut off phone sales after certain time which this lady could have told me before asking me what phone I was interested in and asking me for all these details. I told her the phone I was interested in and asked her if she could please look and see if they had it and stock. She rudely told me that they were no longer doing phone sales and I asked her if she could at least look and see if they had it in stock so I could come back tomorrow to purchase it and she really told me she was not going to waste her time doing that needless to say they still had an hour and a half before closing. She could have done it if she wanted to

Arron the supervisor put st the Sanford office is the worst he is useless he didn’t bother to look at my file before calling and claiming to be going to resolve and issue 10 supervisors before him had failed to resolve making promises he couldn’t possibly deliver kinda like the horrible service that spectrum fails to deliver most of the time

spectrum supervisor Arron out of the Sanford office is useless he didn't even bother to review my file before calling me and saying the same lies I hear from spectrum over and over again he wasn't even familiar with my case before making promises the other ten before him have failed to provide. spectrum is the absolute worst in the business horrible service and crappy product

My wife and I came to this location to get new phones. It was a very pleasant experience, and it took us less than thirty minutes to get everything we needed and be on our way.

Tried to call two days in a row to cancel my cable. Both days I was on hold for 2 hours before I hung up. I guess the only way to cancel is by stopping payment.

Don't bother signing up with Spectrum. I started with them 5 years ago and they never tell you they keep going up on their services. WiFi and Phone plans. When I finally had enough. I called to cancel services. As I'm canceling they tried to lure me back with a new plan. I called prior to ask for a savings and they said there wasn't anything they could do to save me money. That just it. Unfortunately. It's not till I physically cancel that you want me back. Too late. I pay $50 WiFi a month indefinitely. Spectrum $84.99 Goodby forever Spectrum

I just switched to Spectrum Mobile from a prepaid network because I wanted a physical store to visit as opposed to a call center should I need technical support from time to time and also on account of their buy a line, get a line free for a year deal. The previous mobile network made it extremely difficult to transition over with our phone numbers, so what is typically a fairly simple process took 3 days. While it goes without saying that this was a frustrating process with the previous provider, Casey was awesome! He helped us over the course of 3 days, and was very patient and helped me keep my cool in a very frustrating, difficult process of switching providers. Wayne was also great, kind, and very helpful when I first visited this store, contemplated switching over to Spectrum Mobile earlier this summer. I can't thank Casey and Wayne enough and will definitely return to this store for any future mobile needs.

I've had the displeasure of visiting this store 3 times in the past 2 years (each time for lack of quality products being supplied by Spectrum). The first time was a terrible experience, about 3 months ago I had to come here again and was not looking forward to it. Much to my surprise that visit was pleasant and they listened and worked with me to fix the issue. Coming back today and get blindsided again with absolutely rude and ignorant customer service reps. Don't act like you're doing me a favor by fixing an issue with the service I PAY FOR!

I just finished moving in a rush, and had my son with me in the car was able to pull up, asked the questions I needed to ask the gentleman who assisted me with the glasses tall blonde guy was really nice answered everything quickly even walked to the car and was able to help me with my box so that I was able to get going. Great customer service very fast and appreciate the extra tips on safety for electricity in the house since we just moved from up north.Thank you

This store should be replaced by a 24 hr kiosk with a drop off function. The employees are basically robots who are unable to communicate outside their company dictated script.
