Honestly the service here has really gone down. I’m a doordasher and no one acknowledged me until I was waiting for 5 minutes (the store was pretty much empty). The guy told me that someone would package it in just a minute. Everything was ready, just no one was bagging it instead they were talking to each other and their friends in the lobby. I waited 15 minutes. Awful closing crew.

Thai is quite literally the friendliest Starbucks I’ve ever visited! Everyone is happy and excited to assist you! Samples of a new drink and fun spring stickers were provided! It was a lovely first morning in Sanford for me thanks to this store’s staff!

I arrived at the drive thru at 9:57, they are open until 10pm. I worked so hard to get there before closing and I get to window, and I hear the microphone begin to speak, then just cut off. They allowed me to sit there until 10:05 and I finally went to the window where they just ignored me. Even if they told me “Sorry we’re closed” would have been ok, the fact they knew they were open still, and didn’t even communicate. Awful, awful workers!!!!

I had a very specific n semi complicated drink order. And they totally nailed it lol. Thumbs up and highly recommended this location .Parking: On the corner of a busy road so be careful parking and backing out slowly

Coffee is fine. Food is fine. They play the music so loud you can’t talk normal. Turn it down and keep it down. Play easy going music. I asked to turn it down and they minimally lowered it. Is loud music a Starbucks experience? No thank you.

This is a lovely Starbucks, large and attractive with enough parking. It also is just before the I-4 entrance, so you can imagine how busy it gets here. Multiply that by 10 and then you're in a ballpark. I don't even bother with the drive-thru because it's always slammed here. I appreciate the fact that they always make an effort to welcome you, but to walk-in and place your order is to give up the next half hour of your life waiting. If I do come here, it's only because I placed a mobile order at least 15 minutes before. I've walked in before to place an order and stood there waiting while 7 people scramble behind the counter to keep up with everything else...at 6:30a. Do not be surprised to see up to half a dozen people waiting near the door for their orders. Again, nice location but maybe bring a book (lol).
