Mike was very wonderful the whole time I rented a unit from here . When I put in the notice for move out Mike called me almost immediately thinking maybe I had an issue and asked if there was anything he could do to help . You don’t really get people that actually care too often anymore

Have been a customer since 2021. Great location and service. The onsite manager, Mike is excellent and takes great care of the place and really cares about the customers. Highly recommend!

The initial sign up and move in was easy, but boy is that driving and parking area tight. Had issues with getting the van around. Had a trailer on one vehicle and that was not easy. One drive way has no turnaround and no out! Bad planning. Also, the carts that are provided can't carry very much. They are about 2ft x 1ft and very lightwieght. Customer service was great. We'll see how it goes as time goes on.
