If you get the warranty make sure a manager is there, started my return and was Told after 20 mins that a mgr had to be present to return because they had a NEW associate and she could not do it. Total inconvenience since there are hardly any stores even available to shop at!! Very unsatisfied!!!

If I could give -5 stars I would, I picked up a pair of Oakleys for my sisters birthday on July 1st 2023, she was in the hospital so I wasnt able to give her the sunglasses until later in the month. She didnt care for them as they were too big for her face. I live in Sanford, I bought the sunglasses in Daytona on a vacation. When I went to return the sunglasses at this Sanford Sunglass Hut they said no that I couldnt return them because I was 1 DAY past the 30 days she showed me the screen which was red? Which I guess that means they cant go further.. so I called the 1-800 number for Sunglass Hut and they said it's completely uptl to the discretion of the store. So after I was refused a refund at the Sanford Sunglass Hut and spoken down to like I was stupid. I called the Daytona Beach Sunglass Hut who put the refund in the computer and was able to do the refund no problem! I then had to drive 76 miles back to Daytona Beach to get the money back for the Sunglasses. The one in Daytona was amazing! Treated me with respect, The Sunglass Hut in Sanford Absolutely terrible, disrespectful and horrible customer service.

I spent over $500 here and misplaced my receipt, I was told I could come in and exchange the pairs without a receipt but the condition I bought both pairs in was not ok to return, I tried to exchange Maui Jim’s but the deceptive sales rep sunny told me they were scratched and that I must have taken them to the beach when i didn’t even wear them one time, the other pair of sunglasses I bought came in a dirty box with a dirty case and I didn’t realize until I got home that the frame was bent so I’m assuming someone else had returned them in that condition, nonetheless I brought them both back in the condition I bought them in a week prior, and she said she can’t exchange, fix them or do anything for me and that I’m now just out of over $500 even though the sales rep sunny is the same person who sold them to me and remembers selling them to me, honestly pretty disgusting customer service practices and I would advise nobody shop with sunny

I have to say I am not one to take the time to leave reviews but this one was worth it!! My fiancé and I were just looking around the store when Kerati so kindly approached us and let us know about the amazing deal sunglass hut was running! She totally hook, line, and sinked us in such a positive way! Amazing experience, GREAT customer service! We left grinning ear to ear and will most definitely be returning for future purchases!!

It's a clean store and all the people are very helpful but don't overdo it. The deals are actually deals on cool glasses not the garbage nobody wants. Overall I would have to say it was a good experience.

Went in with one of my boys to get a pair of Gucci sunglasses for his wife (11yr anniversary).Sales rep Keratie was amazing!! She recommended great styles and was very easy to work with! Professional Salesmanship you rarely see!!

Terrible customer service skills! Please whatever you do don’t let them offer to ship you the new sunglasses you picked out. They will send you the wrong ones!If you try a pair and they offer to ship them. DONT DO IT. You’ve been warned .They DO NOT offer return labels and YOU WILL have to physically go back to the store to return them. What a HEADACHE

I was super impressed with the customer service. Seems hard to find these days. The phone customer service representative was extremely helpful as well as the Seminole Towne Center manager. I would highly recommend buying glasses here. They have an amazing Sun Love trade-in program and regular purchase warranty that can’t be beat!

The manager of this store is awesome. Helpful but not a lurker. I always buy my sunglasses at this location because of the clean store, variety of options, and great customer service.
