The tellers are nice, but this branch is useless. The team leader Magdi, Is useless.
He has no authority to make any decisions yet will imply that he can help you. This bank is horrible. The back office can place holds on accounts. There is nothing the branch can do even though Magdi will tell you he will try to help.
I would rather a cardboard cut out behind a desk, than to have a “person” with no authority lying to me with a pleasant tone.

Rude bank teller, brought over 6k in deposits and acts rude about like is not money. Used profanity in front of customers. Rolling eyes like they don’t wanna work only nice one was the branch leader.

Nice people. SLOW AF. Never been in here and it’s taken less than 20 minutes to just wait in line and cash a check. The slowest around.

They forgot to deposit my 10$ 63 cents I explained to them of it and the timing and head management told me basically there is nothing they can do not even to run the camera for the time of day this is a major red flag because it's considered laundering to the fully extent not happy with it but it's a shame that a bank would do such things is now I would say this I don't care now if a bank gets rob because they rob from the people every day or time they have the opportunity to do so which puts a huge bad name on this company

A truly horrible experience. Although I had deposited checks in the same account from the same accounts they decided to hold this deposit for over two weeks. Because I had no funds available to buy products my business was unable to open on the busiest week of the year costing me, my family thousands of dollars. I called costumer service every day for 10 days and got a different answer every single time. Was supposed to get a call back daily never got any calls whatsoever. The branch manager appears to find pleasure in putting me in a financial crisis.

I understand the 2.5 rating. How can you not want to cash a check because there are 15 minutes left in the day and you do not want to rebalance a safe unprofessional quite frankly lazy.

Tried to call this bank 3 days in a row to make an appointment to speak about some estate issues and never once was able to reach anyone. Ended up dealing with the Lake Mary branch.

They have a banker in there Matt nice guy will try to help you but the bank as a whole institution is no good high over draft fees bad service at most branches and don't even try to get a loan at truist waste of time unless you have perfect credit and no outstanding medical bills I had a 85 dollar medical bill in collections only blemish on my credit and turned me down for a small loan not to mention there response time was terrible truist is only out for them selfs I will be closing my account and moving on as many others are to credit unions seem to be the way to go for normal people who aren't rich !!

I can't speak for the rest of the bank but Katrina is amazing. She transferred from another bank and we followed her over. Very competent and helpful, and in general a super nice person. While I was there another customer was engaging the teller, making jokes and having a good time. I like that management was ok with that and didn't try to rush her into being "productive" instead.

Less than one star is needed. This place has gorrible customer service. The bank is filled with people who are just left ro sit and wait. Bankers keep saying, "We'll be with tou in a moment", then walk away for half an hour. The bank is not my only stop, but for some reason these people think we have all the time in the world to just sit here! I never thought it would be such a long difficult waiting process just to open an account. Super disappointed that they have no one working here.

Never have enough staff working. Long lines for bankers. So if you are a business expect long long time to get help. When they do come available except substandard service. Do your self a favor and stay away
