Cash register 17 was extremely slow, and the cashier showed no professionalism whatsoever. He wasn’t wearing a belt or a name tag, which felt unprofessional. He didn’t greet me, say goodbye, or speak at all—it was like dealing with a mute. Overall, it was a bad experience. Target should address this lack of basic customer service especially with the cost of groceries at this time.

It's a Target. One of the more larger ones with full grocery. It is typically very clean, prices are OK, they do have frozen Swedish Meatballs which are hard to find around here. Best to wait for their sales.
They do have a rewards program so make sure you record your purchases.
UPDATE: They changed the program, no more cash back. The app just tracks your purchases, which can be handy, and is supposed to automatically apply discounts from the weekly flyer but I believe the register will do that without putting in your account.
They have quite a few checkout lanes but rarely open them. Only 4 self checkout and 3 lanes open on a busy Saturday. To be fare lots of stores do this, not sure why they make so many lanes but then never open them. Today long line at self checkout (over 20 people) and only 3 lanes open with long lines there too. I went elsewhere to buy what I needed, too much to wait.

DOESNT ANSWER THE PHONE. I called every single department and it rang until the phone disconnected. 3-4 minutes and no one would answer.

Great place to get all your shopping done in one place with the home goods, pharmacy, and grocery all together! The isles are clean and clutter free and most items are well stocked. The Starbucks coffee shop near the front entrance can whip you up a skim milk latte in no time.

Giovanni was extremely courteous and helpful when my son accidentally made a mess in the store. Made us feel very comfortable and welcome. He handled it so we could continue our shopping errands.

Terrible racist loss prevention. I’ve been to this Target twice in the last week and both times I’ve been followed by the scrawny creepy loss prevention guy. It is quite evident and annoying to judge black people the way they do here. Especially when you check the statistics on who really stealing 😎 I’m a black woman, a travel nurse, and soon to be nurse practitioner, please find something better to do.

We love the convenience of DriveUp service, but we end up with an expired or missing product(s) each time. We had an expired product on a recent order and were unable to get a refund.

This target has the absolute worst customer service. For over 2 years I keep trying this location and I feel dissatisfied each time I leave. One instance I had an employee stand directly behind me to make sure I was scanning everything. I get it it's your job to make sure I'm not stealing, but personal space please. I don't need to feel your breath. Employees who are shopping orders don't give a single care in the world that customers are in the store. I'm not expecting them to stop and help me, just to not run me over with their cart. Today was my last time visiting this location. I needed assistance in the electronics department. I found an employee wearing a black laynard labled "tech" wandering the isles. As I turned down the isle she was on she turned, looked at me and walked away. I tried to get her attention but I guess she didn't hear me, and when I got to the end of the isle she was gone. I circled around the area I saw her for a few then went to wait at the tech desk. Not even a button at the desk to call for help. I said "hello?" And a customer told me the employee walked to the back of the store. I made my way to customer service to ask for help. On the way I was almost hit by an employee running with a cart. By then I didn't want help I just wanted to inform the manager. I asked the front desk employee to speak with a manager and she said "for what, so I know who to call" I said tech or just ANY manager and she said she didn't know if any were around. So I told her the story asked he to pass it on. Don't know if she did but I certainly passed the word on to corporate. I feel like a damn Karen even while being polite and calm and asking to assistance.

Target is always fun to shop at and I had a lovely cashier who helped me today so I could add my proof of being a teacher to my app and get a promotional discount. Wish I had gotten her name! Thank you🙏🏼

If you don't do self checkout, you will have to walk to the other side of the store to check out with someone that has a pulse. Glad I don't have walking issues. So park by the entrance to your left.
