I had the pleasure of working with Katie F. I shopped many other propane companies, the reason I went with Thermotane is because of Katies helpful service. If Katie is a refection of all service across the board, Thermotane will always be successful.

My husband and I we’tre needing propane service and when I called the different organizations, we received this best response from Katie In customer service. Katie was very courteous, helpful and had great follow up.
Today, a lack of service is common. Katie is a beacon whose dedication to her clients shines brightly among the throngs.

Called to set up an account and JACQUELINE was super great to deal with. Friendly and informative as well as answered all my questions in a professional manner. Great Company to deal with. I recommend Thermotane Propane because you get a real person who is helpful and professional. Thanks for being there to answer my call and I did not have to talk to the computer person.

I own a small generator ( and solar ) company and go over the whole state of Florida and use Thermotane on a lot of the jobs. They have continually improved over the years and I would recommend them to all home owners and other business looking for a solid company to use. From the office to the sales to the installers all the way up to the management !! Give them a shot you won’t regret it.

Julian was fantastic. Came out to convert our gas range to propane and the job was a little more difficult than expected. Julian was patient and took the time to finish the job right. I was extremely pleased and highly recommend these guys
