“I had some issues with my transmission slipping a little. I had went to another place I caught lying to me about what needed to be done after they said they changed my fluid. I then started searching for an honest mechanic. What I 1st found was a bunch that charged an outrageous inspection fee from $150 to over $250. I was discouraged until a friend recommended CMC. From the very beginning they were up front and honest and their inspection fee was very reasonable to diagnose my problem. After their diagnoses they explained what my problem was and gave me a price that was fair to fix it. They kept me updated the entire process. My car now runs great. They fixed the issue before it cost me my Transmission. Water was leaking into my transmission from the transmission cooler and filter. Now it is running great thanks to Jason and his team at CMC Automotive. They got a customer for life and I'll refer them any chance I get. They have honesty and integrity, two things that are hard to find these days.”

“Bought tires here, so I came when I had a nail. I called to make an appointment, but it was one week out. I made it just in case. I had to upgrade to Plus just to get in to talk to someone. I used an app in the parking lot because I didn't think they would let me in. After I did, I found out that there was a promotion inside Sam's to get $10 off plus membership. Just one more thing that I went back to have them fix. The tire people are all great in the tire center. Ryan and Chris are awesome. They said I could wait for it but could take all day. The appointment didn't show, so they did my tire. I also bought 2 wiper blades, and they put them on. They checked my battery, too. It's too bad you can't make an appointment on the app or online. You can over the phone, but clearly, they are using a call center. My person had a strong accent, and I had to repeat myself. Also, why not offer promotions on the app and in-store. If not, put a banner on the app that says what the in-store promotion is, so if you want it, I know to go inside. I thought Sam's wants people to use the app? It just makes more aggravation. Sam's needs better purchasing people. No in-store fiber pills, Calm, Adidas clothing but I can buy them in Costco. They also let stuff linger some items in now are the same items that were there from November. Some people at checkout and in customer service really need to get re-evaluated, they look and act miserable to guests.”
“Zack at Harold’s takes great care of me. I replaced two front tires about two weeks ago and just replace the rear tires today. I bought the tires online and took them to Harold’s to be mounted and balanced. Both tires replaced and reinstalled in about fifteen minutes. Super service!!!!!”

“First, an accident happened around 12 am when I had a flat tire. I called a tow service and they directed me to this place. I am so glad that I ended up there! I called them in the morning and the employee who picked up the phone was very understanding and caring. He assured me that the work would be done fast and efficiently. When I came back in an hour, everything was taken care of. His name was Jamie. He definitely knows how to make a customer happy and how to provide high-quality service. Highly recommend this place!”
