“Called and got call center, I told the guy that answered I had Michelin tires and wanted the same or comparable I was quoted Uniroyal. After reaching I found I would not be happy with them, called back the next day. Got Nick in the store, told him what I had and what I wanted, gave him my price range, he gave me 3 options and ultimately sold me 4 Continental tires. I love them! Smooth quite ride, handle great. Nick and Michael are great, service was also great. In and out in 45 mins. I'm so glad I called back and got the store.”

“Great guy. Had him put some tires on in the past - but, this time more of a serious issue. Steering wheel was shaky, to my knowledge, all steering & suspension parts seemed fine, not knowing much about tires, the tires passed in my “diagnosis” as well, well - fortune told me otherwise. Told me not one, but both were bad, pointed the flaws out, showed me straight up. Straight to the point, good tires, good price. Appreciate it again buddy. “My husband bought a brand new car this past Monday, and it wouldn’t start on Thursday (dead battery?). He had to take it back to the dealership several miles away and have both batteries replaced. Today (Friday) his rear right tire was flat! Furious, he got it to discount tire in Sanford, and they found a hole in side wall of the tire—no nail or screw—and in the worst possible place. The tire needed replacement. Brand. New. Car. The gentleman at this Discount Tire gave him a new tire and hazard insurance on all 4 tires for less than the price of just the replacement! The level of service (or pity—lol) is unprecedented at this point in time, where everything comes at premium and service is as about as basic as you can get! We have used this location several times and always felt they were honest and fair. Take your business to them!”

“The Michelin tires I bought are very good and this includes regular tire rotation and balancing every 6-8,000 miles. But trying to make an appointment to rotate tires is difficult as the Auto repair shop doesn't anwser the phone as they are busy working on cars. I live an hour away and used to have to drive to BJ's Auto shop to make an appointment in person but, recently I called and asked for the manager and he made the appointment for me so I don't have to drive down to Sanford to make an appointment. This is fantastic! I am very glad this worked out and the manager was very helpful with this. Yeah!!!”
