Office staff is unprofessional and unhelpful. I have tried giving this shop multiple chances because of the convenience of the location but every time, they over charge and keep my car longer than originally stated. I have never had a pleasant experience at this location.

Nearly $200 for a tire but they can’t bother to listen to customers and handle the other requests they have, or do the basics of balancing all 4 tires’ pressure. They will also tell you it’ll be 30 minutes and make you wait an hour. Estimated times are important so people aren’t just waiting when they could have taken an Uber and continued their day. Also very unfriendly.
