“Stopped by Red Eye Smoke Shop and had an outstanding experience thanks to Victoria. She was knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to answer every question without making me feel rushed. Her customer service was top-tier, and she helped me find exactly what I was looking for.
If you’re looking for a smoke shop with a great selection, fair prices, quality products, and exceptional customer service, I highly recommend asking for Victoria. She made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back to Red Eye Smoke Shop for all my future needs!”

“I seriously asked Ky SOOO many questions 😂 and he was super patient and helpful the entire time! Anything he wasn’t sure about, he actually took the time to look it up for me instead of just giving me some random answer, which I really appreciated.
The shop was also SUPER clean. Ky was actually cleaning when I walked in, which immediately stood out to me.
Great experience, great customer service, and I’ll definitely be back! 😊 Definitely ask for Ky if you stop in!”

“Ash helped me with purchasing a new mod. She was very friendly and easy going. Driving from Orlando and searching for a new spot while in town, it was a relief to see someone greet me with a smile especially after stopping somewhere where they were not very friendly. Thanks Ash! You're great for the company, ill definitely see you next time.”
