“I was out of town and broke down in Lake Mary. My insurance called it in, and I received another tow company stating that they could not tow me home (Brooksville) because it was out of their range. Moving on, the next company that the insurance company contacted was Athens; not only did they tow me home, but they also provided a ride for myself, my service dog, and my mother's miniature poodle that Im looking after. Gio, the driver, is a professional and provides quality service. He was well-versed in how to take care of my Escalade ESV. He is an absolute great employee, and if this is the quality they hire, you should not be worried.”

“Highly recommend. My vehicle was mistakenly towed from my apartment complex and the driver went above and beyond to make sure the vehicle was towed back the same day. He communicated well and it took him no more than 3 minutes to get my car unloaded from the truck and back to the spot once he got here. Unfortunately, I saw a negative review from one of my neighbors that he blocked their spot while offloading the car but there would’ve been no way for him to return the car to the same spot without backing in to a neighboring spot for a few minutes. No one was trying to get out or asked to leave during the time he was unloading the car, I was standing right there. The driver did nothing wrong and should not receive a negative review for this reason. Thank you Arten!”
