ended up taking the Brightline train to West Palm and purchased from Earl Stewart Toyota. NO dealer fees, NO addendums NO fake filing fees. saved at least$3,000 by investing in a $75 train ticket.

When I say these car dealerships are the devil!!! If you don't do anything today please read I'm begging you! Story Time:Bought a nice used 2022 Toyota Corolla LE w/ low mileage from the @SeminoleToyota on Rinehart in lake Mary. Tell me how as soon as I drove home (7 min drive), the bumper on the drivers side started FALLING!! Called the next day and spoke to Steve Zulo and he said "bring it in that's an easy fix". Fast forward I went in spoke to 2 different people, signed some paperwork and my car was now in the back getting fixed. As I'm waiting the sales manager (Joe) comes up to me with my keys in hand and said he pulled my car back to the front. I'm thinking it's fixed and I can go about my day. NO. He said it's not covered under payment and gave me all this other BS that apparently should've been said when the car was sold to me, but my sales advisor failed to do so. I made it known that non of this was said AND I spoke to 3 different people at this point and again nobody said it was an issue. Now all of a sudden it won't be fixed until i pay $700?!?? Mind you I have not even had the car yet for 24hrs before the bumper started falling. Joe, the sales manager there needs to take a customer service course or something because the way he treated my father and I was very unprofessional. Gave us a card to contact resolutions and said they won't do anything but he's giving us the card anyways to basically shut us up so we can leave the establishment. He also said straight out his mouth that they purposely knew the bumper was messed up when they sold it to me but it's not their responsibility to say anything. So basically false advertisement. And the worse part was when my father asked him if he had daughters and to put himself in his shoes if this would ever happen to him, he looked my father in the face and said "this would never happen to my daughters because they're millionaires and can buy whatever brand new car they want", how can you look your customers in their face and say something like that, especially when I work hard and struggle to save to buy my own transportation. Disappointed that I'm dealing with this and haven't even had the car for 3 days?!? And not sure if management changed because this establishment is not what it used to be, this is my second time doing business with them and this time around was horribe!!!! My sales advisor (Steve Zulo) didn't even give 2 shits about me since I left the lot! Stay away from them and do business elsewhere!! And if you do go there make sure you kick the bumper to see if it would fall, or come with your own mechanic to take a proper look over on the car. But even then I would go somewhere else.Horrible service!!! I WILL BE POSTING THIS EVERYWHERE! Facebook, twitter, instagram, will be contacting the news if I can. You do not treat people like this that do business with you. This is what you get for being a loyal customer. @SeminoleToyota @Toyota @ToyotaRacing

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! Steve, Hugo, and Hisen (I hope that's how you spell his name) were horrible, and I wish I could give them zero stars. I went in to make a deal, ready to leave with a brand-new 2024 Toyota Camry. I had my own financing, so I went to sign over the check to them. Hisen said, "I can't make the deal because you're not financing through us." Are you serious?

If Seminole Toyota was the last dealership in Florida, I would leave the state to buy a car. I bought a brand new Toyota Camry in 2021. To find out two weeks later that the battery was dead. I called the salesmen, he said to just bring it in and it will be taken care of. I walked into the service department, walked up to two employees counter who was deeply engaged in a conversation about politics. Stopped for a second took a look at me and went back to their conversation, Basically not acknowledging me. two other employees behind the counter. Which I found out later, was husband and wife stepped up and apologized for their behavior, and asked how can they help? Which I paid for a new battery that day, even though the car was new.I put in a complaint with the manager, and was pretty much brushed off. moving forward. Nov 2023, I figured I would give the company the benefit of the doubt. And look into possibly buying a new car. What a MISTAKE.Test drove two cars decide on one. Started the negotiation process, explain to the salesperson, what I was willing to pay, and afford. I was also preapproved through my bank. And because I stood on that. Managment became aggressively rude. I received a call two days later at work 12:45 from the salesperson stating that manager made an offer and I would have to be have in an hour, I explained, that I've leave work drive across town to the bank to pick up the check drive back across town to the dealership, in order to make this transaction happen. and I got a response stating that the deal will be off the table with in the hour. Oh, did I fell to mention it rained all that day as well, I arrived at the dealership after 4. But that particular manager was more than happy to take my money. The rudeness and the unprofessionalism that I have not once but twice.Seminole Toyota, (WILL NEVER RECEIVE BUSINESS FROM LUCINDA SPROTT AGAIN).

Careful purchasing a car from them. Make sure it gets a full inspection and they show proof. I purchased a used car with illegal tint and coolant leak. Called them multiple times left a VM and they said the sales manager will get back to me. No response.

Dont purchase any car from this dealership. I purchased a car from them in May 23, and I wrote a review and a female from the company wrote that I didn't purchase car from them instead she find out more about me that's. All I did was a screen shot of her Statements because its looks good for me. It's only shows how they are so unprofessional, no class. Dont buy from this company, they are very nice to get you in the door to sign but after that you will notice a difference. They charged me more than the amount for the car, they took my trade and increased the price of the deal, they inserted the wrong date on the documents to get credit for that month. I will never recommend them to anyone. I didn't bring my car at that location to service. The gentleman in service is nice but the sales department and loan guy they are no good. Again, dont go there learn from my experience.

I called Seminole Toyota as mentioned in their response. I spoke to Joe C. on 8/1 who went to speak to Josh S. who responded to my post. Joe C. told me there probably wasn't anything they could do but I should reach out to Sam B. I emailed Sam B. all the paperwork from PepBoys on the various maintenance (that cost over $2,000) done on the car including the latest of replacing the serpentine belt and a tension rod. Sam B. said that we had purchased a 12 month/12,000 mile warranty that could have potentially covered the work. This was SHOCKING NEWS as we SPECIFICALLY called Seminole Toyota before taking the vehicle anywhere. We called on June 9th and talked to a representative of Seminole Toyota about our problems with leaking oil and warning lights turning on in our Tiguan. I asked if we were covered under any kind of warranty due to purchasing the car 6 months ago. ----A representative of Seminole Toyota told me immediately they generally "sell their cars as is." He asked me if I spent "a lot" of money to purchase a warranty. I said "I didn't think so but I didn't know." He said "it's not covered then." He didn't even look our purchase order up so we took that as this was our situation to deal with; pay for the repairs.---We emailed Sam B. back immediately sharing this information with him but received NO RESPONSE. We emailed Sam B. again that evening and NO RESPONSE. We emailed Joe C. the next day, 8/2, to follow up and tell him that we reached out to Sam B but that he hadn't responded. I also texted Joe C. to make sure he would see my email but he left me on read and never responded to my email or text.Seminole Toyota replies to comments on here to save face then completely ghosts you. There is no reason a car purchased on 1/1 should spend weeks in the shop and have thousands in repairs unless you are selling unsafe vehicles. Do better!

Dealership has supply delays, so everything they sell is either "as us" or special order. Service areas are best part. Very responsive, good follow up.

Seminole Toyota service center is pretty subpar in the customer service realm. Made an appointment with all the information including contact information with my extended warranty information. Get there the day of the appointment to be told they don’t take the warranty company, or if they decide they are willing to work with them they won’t release the vehicle until payment is sent. At any point this could have been a quick phone call, to not only discuss potential problems, but it just shows this service center doesn’t care about clientele. Even if you purchased the car directly from this dealer I would think twice about using the company. Update to Owners Response: I did give all needed information before hand so that the service center could handle any issues before the appointment. Additionally it wasn't you need to authorize anything it was this is a problem after this is a problem and this is a problem. I'm coming somewhere to solve issues not have more. Like I stated, this could have been a phone call to discuss issues. I have no intention of calling CJ to waste more of my time. This company does not care about clientele or customer service.

I arrived a half hour before my appointment and they still took my car anyway. This was a maintenance visit, they wash and dry the car, too.Matthew was the advisor in charge of my car visit and he is the friendliest guy. He told me it would be a little more than an hour, but it was readyIn less than an hour. All the staff here are very professional and knowledgeable. My family loves this dealership and their service department.

The Sales Rep, Lindsey called us back to make an offer ON a truck. WE accepted the offer, drove 50 min to the dealership for them to say they made a MISTAKE. The next day I received a call from them.. to say they needed a copy of a paystub to seal the deal and would deliver the truck soon. GUESS WHAT.... nope that was a mistake. DONT GO! Other dealerships will treat you better! Apparently their motto is... its ok to LIE TO THEIR CUSTOMERS.

We inquired online about a truck we liked and received an answer from Emmanuel Pina. We made an appointment to test drive the car the next morning. Everyone we dealt with while there was attentive and courteous. We got a very good deal and purchased the truck.

They do not take customers or their concerns seriously when it comes to the service department. My vehicle has some 8 to 10 parking sensors but only one goes crazy in the rain. They told me that the sensor going off in the rain is it functioning as normal - really, so 1 out 10 doing it is normal? Why aren't all the sensors going off then? Absolutely defies logic. Instead of even attempting to take care of it, they want to argue a point that is nonsensical. What makes me even angrier is that the service advisor tried to tell me that when I mentioned the problem - without diagnosing. Then he said they couldn't replicate it, I asked, they did not spray the area with a hose to replicate rain. Also, they did not bother to notate my request or their "findings". They will try to avoid doing work and will do the minimum required, even under warranty. I regret buying another vehicle from them for my daughter and after this experience, may not purchase another Toyota period. This would not have happened at a better brand of cars. I cannot recommend Seminole Toyota at all now.

BE AWARE!!Those guys are dishonest and will mislead you. Here what just happened to me:They will offer a car with a price below the market you will get the offer and on the day you're going to go there to get your car they will e-mail you informing the car was sent to an auction and cannot be bought anymore but.....they have others (obviously much more expensive) that you could buy.If they do this type of scheme, can you imagine the risks to buy a car with them??
